Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Columbus Southeast Groveport, an IHG Hotel

Clean. Close to where we were going.

Traveling with 4 adults. The sofa bed was horrible for the 2 that used it. We drove 12 hours and looked forward to a comfortable place to sleep. Also they kept giving us 2 towels instead of 4 and ran out of washcloths on our last day. I like exercising but you had to go through the super wet pool area to get to it. Every time I went someone before me had water everywhere in there.

Our car broke down on the side of the highway so this was an unexpected stay. We were exhausted, in a strange city with no one we knew close by. Once we got to the hotel we were told the room I booked with 2 queen beds was not available, which was frustrating because we’re a family of 4. The front desk clerk, Monte, so so helpful and took care of us! Put us in the executive room for the same price as the room I originally booked. He also pointed us in the direction to get some good food within walking distance from the hotel. Such a friendly and helpful guy which is what we desperately needed that evening!

housekeeping came early and then kept coming one person after the other. my checkout was at 12 and by 1205 they had been to the room 5 times including just walking in unwarranted and showing up together like it was a game.

We were greeted by Monty at the front desk. He was considerably pleasant and helpful. Tia who oversees the breakfast was also fabulous. We felt very welcomed and comfortable during our stay. The house cleaning lady did a fabulous job as well. I don't know her name but would like to mention her as well. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The breakfast was good, but she had difficulty keeping up. I noticed there were to go containers left out for guests. Unfortunately the containers were larger than the eat in plates and a lady filled 3 or 4 of them every time the poor staff girl brought out food! Some people!! You may want to have smaller carry out containers. The location was easy to find. It was our 2nd stay at this location.

We were an even number room and it was quite noisy on that side because of traffic. Hard to sleep.

Rooms are clean and very comfortable, free bfast. Staff is amazing and will do anything to make sure you have the best stay. Never used but they have an inside pool and a gym. They also have laundry room. That's why we are always coming back. I have very high expectations and they exceed it

Clean, the staff was nice and helpful, breakfast was good. It was close to the Sonic Temple Fest.

Everything was good!

Location was geat, staff was friendly, and beds were comfortable.

We kept hearing constant stomping above us. Lesson learned will ask to be on top floor next time.

Did not get clean bath linen for second night. Went down to breakfast on Sat at 9:30 and everything was gone thought they would refill as the morning went on since it was until 10am.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Love the "attendant" breakfast. Made it seem like ot was almost normal again. I hope that aspect stays. I felt it was a safer way for the food to be presented.

Just showed a little wear in spots. Seemed a little noiser. I could hear people walking on the floor above.
