You loved the lady in dining room. The maids was very nice helpful.

The only reason we chose this hotel because it listed a pool. When we went to go swimming the pool was broken. It's been down for a while. But it s still listed on the web site. I asked to speak to the manager. She never got intouch with us. We found it very rude and immature. She needs to update the site NO Operating pool. ITS SIMPLE

I was welcomed at reception. Given a room at the end of the hall for easy access to the large open grassy area for dogs to play. Comfortable bed. easy tv use.

nothing I didn't like. I drove longer than I wanted to go get to this property to stay here again as I did last year, knowing that I would be welcome and have a nice room and lovely area for my dog.

We liked the idea of your dining room but fish was to greasy, we could not eat it

The cleaning was not very good. The bathroom door was dirty, the vanity door hinges had at least 1/8 inch of dirt on them and very dusty inside. The frig had NO shelves in it and the bathtub did not drain properly. The Napkins in dinning room were worn out

I love the staff here. I have stayed here a couple times and they are so friendly and caring when it comes to their guests. Thank you ladies, we had another wonderful vacation.

The only thing I don't like is having to come home and go back to work.

Location was great staying for the Mothman Festival. The staff was very kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and fairly well maintained.

The breakfast was lackluster at best. There was trash bags outside of every room from cleaning. The smoking rooms are literally across the hall so even being in a non smoking room you can still smell cigarettes.

Hotel maintenence updated and well done. Breakfast was surprisingly good with varied choices and excellent dining room manager. Kitchen prepared all selections perfectly. A+ all around...

Booked the room with our dog, got an email saying no problem, no additional fee, then got mailed for a $20 fee. Disappointing, but not a deal breaker. Also requested a smoking room only to find they are only on the second floor. Seriously? You want smokers to climb the stairs with their luggage? Use your brains, not cool.

convenience of where we were traveling as a good place to stop after driving for many hours. Hotel is a brand we are comfortable with.

Check in was easy and friendly. The hotel was one of the few past Dayton that would take pets. The rooms were clean and comfortable

The building is dated but they are keeping it up well

Breakfast was great and the bed was comfy

The room door opened funky. The key worked but the door wouldn’t open. I had to go to the front desk where I was told to pull the handle UP to open the door😖
