Berlin Village Inn

The Berlin Village Inn was centrally located to other parts of town-restaurants, shops, antique stores, as well as, close to other neighboring towns such as Millersburg & Sugarcreek. The room was clean and comfortable, and the value was exceptional. In addition, the staff were friendly and very helpful. It was my first stay in Berlin, OH. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Besides the parking lot being limited on spaces. There was nothing else I did not like.

Very comfortable and clean place to stay. We arrived after dark so we didn't get a good look at the entire property, but there appeared to be a nice sitting area in the back of the property that would be nice to sit and relax after a day of shopping or exploring. The rooms were nice and very clean for the most part.

While the bathroom was very clean it was very small. The road noise could be an issue for those who are sensitive to truck traffic. Our friends carpet had big stains on it which looked like the floors needed a good scrub. All in all we would stay again in a pinch.

UNFORTUNATELY, BECAUSE OF COVID, THEY DID NOT SERVE BREAKFAST. HOWEVER, THE OTHER PERKS WERE THE LOCATION, THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM AND THE PRICE OF THE ROOM. WE ENJOYED OUR STAY VERY MUCH.

IT WOULD HAVE BEEN JUST ABOUT PERFECT IF THEY WOULD HAVE SERVED BREAKFAST.

The room is nice and private (I liked the private entrance). It was spacious and had everything I needed. There are extra pillows available that I was very thankful for (I need extra because of an injury).

The receptionist that checked me in was all business and professional, but gave information almost too fast for me. I didn't eat breakfast because it was very diabetic unfriendly, which I'm not diabetic but do try to watch my sugar and carbs, especially in the morning. The bathroom is a bit small, so I was glad I was by myself.

For an older style motel I was favorably impressed. We stayed at a big name motel the night before and the accommodations at Berlin Village inn were cleaner and more spacious.

The dining area was small and food choices were limited. Since the dining area was full we made the best of the situation by taking our food back to our room so we could sit at a table.

Have stayed at the Berlin Village Inn several times while working in the area. Always super clean, property is very well kept, very safe, acceptable bed, good shower, great cable tv, excellent wifi.

For a business traveler like me, it's important to have a microwave oven. Although just about every hotel offers them these days, not the Village Inn - they only have a refrig in the rooms - although they charge about the same as hotels with microwaves. :(

The rooms had been updated since my last stay, Very comfortable.

I ordered a single, but they couldn't accommodate me. They did, however, provide me with a double at no extra charge. I was in room 32 which is at the very end. The only concern was the parking space for that unit. Very hard when backing in or out. In the morning I saw that there were only 8 or 9 overnight guests. I would have preferred being assigned a room where the parking was easier.

I think the rooms were recently redone. If not they were kept exceptionally clean. And you can't beat the price! and I actually forgot something in the room and they called us within a half an hour of us checking out to let us know. But we were already too far away to turn back. I hope somebody got some use out of that charging hub. I found another one on Amazon for under $10 so no big loss it would have cost me more to turn around and go back with the gas prices.

It would have been nice if they would have had breakfast. But I understand with the covid.

Got into Berlin 3 hours early, called them and room was ready and told us we could check in early instead of normal check-in time. The room was very clean, relaxing and recently updated, The staff is friendly and helpful. Loved the outdoor seating area!

Breakfast offered pastries, wish they could’ve used amish baked pastries, but it was still good breakfast

my grandchildren and i appreciated the breakfast plenty to choose from it saved us time and money during our stay. location was great close to everything we needed. clean room and kept up by staff. checking in and out was easy.
