Quality Inn & Suites - Greensboro-High Point

The staff were friendly and still professional. They went out of their way to check in on us as we came in late one night and see if we were ok. We were hot, sweaty and tired from helping our daughter and her family move out of a 3rd story apartment. We definitely appreciated the concern!

We only had one tiny problem. We had moved the coffee pot into the bathroom and plugged it into the outlet above the hairdryer. It wasn't working. Since it was 9:45 on a Sunday, I went to see if there was still coffee left in the breakfast area. Miss Rosemary was a breath of friendly helpfulness! She showed me where the coffee was and let me know that there was always more available! Btw, it turned out it was the outlet and not the coffee maker in the end!

Loved everything and I also loved how the room looked like it was renovated...

The indoor pool still isn't heated and it gets cold in that area and the elevators still don't work which makes it more difficult when u have bigger luggage and you have to carry it up the steps... oh and one of the light bulbs in da room was out when walked in so it made it a Lil darker by the window but we still managed without.... 🙂

Loved all of our stay.. very clean, very comfortable pillows and beds, the breakfast was wonderful, did I say how very comfortable the beds and pillows were, like sleeping in CLOUDS, very very comfy haven't slept like that since the last good night's sleep we had

The lady every morning in the breakfast was wonderful, she is a hard worker and friendly and is nice to have a little conversation with her every morning. Please tell her that she is good on her job and thanks for her courtesy.

That don't have transportation to the airport.

All aspects of the room were comfortable and clean. Bath towels were exceptional. They didn't feel like sandpaper. Location was great for me. Access to roads and restaurants. TV and internet worked fine.

Parking lot was full of litter. Trash cans at doors to outside were overflowing for over two days. Easy to clean up and would reflect better on the quality of this motel. Need a simple laminated listing of TV channels and their numbers. Not really much of significance to dislike.

I like the fact the pool was inside and right at my room…lol the lady at the check in was perfect she was amazing

It was clean and quiet

Breakfast included in room price, Not an extensive list of choices, but a good, nourishing meal. Quiet hallways allowed easy sleeping atmosphere.

Bathtub drain mostly clogged, very slow to drain, so standing in the soiled water one just washed off.

Everything was good the rooms were very nice and clean and spacious!

I was disappointed with breakfast. They should be more specific on the website when booking when it comes to things like that. Let people know they wont have HOT breakfast. They have a picture of waffles but no waffle maker just grab and go breakfast. For the price I paid for 2 rooms they should have at least someone cooking it for us or something. Lol but other than that i loved the hotel

The water didn’t get really hot

I’ve been staying at this facility for about five years and this is the first time I had a room that had scratches on the back of the walls and chipping paint in the bathroom. We also had a large problem with the Internet . I even went back to the lobby and had the receptionist try to help me get on with no Advil.

Just at the end and I didn’t work and that the room was a little rundown.
