Hyatt Regency JFK Airport at Resorts World New York

The size of the room was amazing, and the facilities in the room were great and expected at the High cost per night. The hotel was quite near to JFK and very clean.

The hotel was very expensive for what it was, we booked the hotel for one night due to our flight being cancelled last minute and rescheduled for the next day. Breakfast was limited in the types of food on offer. The taxi service provided by the hotel left a lot to be desired. They used an "uber" type company with drivers using thier personal cars. The car/driver we got was left a lot to be desired for and he was a bit wreckless on the road.

Came to the Hyatt following a flight cancellation in the middle of the night. There were quite a number of exhausted and grumpy passengers whose flights had been cancelled. I had the kindest person checking me in at the reception. I couldn't have asked for a better combination of kindness and competence at that time of the night. My checkout experience was also really great. The staff running the little cafe are also lovely and friendly. The rooms were clean and fabulous. I couldn't have asked for a better experience to rest after a harrowing experience dealing with British Airways.

The beds are very comfortable, property is very clean and the staff is professional and courteous. I enjoyed playing in the casino. I was able to break even. In addition, the drinks at Sugar Factory were delicious.

My Air Pods became missing after I left them in the room. Then I was advised by a front desk agent to file a missing claim form on line and I was unable to locate the correct site. In addition, a hotel code was needed to file the complaint and a specific site was needed. I had chatted with 2 agents and got different instructions. Then I called the hotel and the third agent finally gave me the correct information to file the claim.

Best hotel in Queens! I am from Queens and it the first resort hotel in the suburbs it is in the neighborhood. I hope it stays classy.

The Restaurant call Sugar Factory had the worst customer service EVER!! I’ve been 3timed and the only good employee is the Daytime manager other than that the entire staff needs to be replaced especially the night manager that double as an casino employee he is a horrible representation of that restaurant!!! I could go on and on about the horrible service at SF however, I frankly don’t want to ruin my day, and deviate from an otherwise pleasurable stay.

Had a layover at JFK so the stay was short but sweet. Rooms are spacious, modern and comfortable. Giant TV! Took a walk around the casino and checked out the sports bar which has an ENORMOUS Tv for all the games. 10-15 minute drive from airport depending on traffic.

We ordered room service from Sugar Factory and the food was only so-so. However, would definitely try their milkshakes next time we're here.

Transfer from hotel to airport: transfer itself was ok, but the hotel personnel assured us that we will receive a bill for it (2xtimes I asked for proof of this as we had a flight cancellation and I explained them that I need it for reimbursement)… and at the end we received very strange paper …

Cleanliness up to my high standards and very hospitable staff. I would come again if I need to be by JFK.

Limited food options in the actual hotel (I didn’t go there for the casino); it would have been nice to have slippers included in the room especially for the price and have a garbage bin the main room, not just in the bathroom.

I liked that the laminate flooring and the automatic lights in the room. The TV was pretty massive and that was nice. We liked that the door was opened for me and that the staff was nice to us all the way to check-in and even offered to help us all the way to our room.

The refrigerator was only for water and not to keep food cool.

The environment was so refreshing. Everyone was so nice. The room was fabulous. The hotel itself is fabulous. Every area of the building was clean and you could smell that it was refreshed for everyone coming in. The pictures on the wall were exciting and the design on the was outstanding.

I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the hotel, and the luxurious feeling. The convenience of the coffee shop was great. The room in general was great looking and feeling.

The beds could be a little bit more comfortable, specially the pillows. It didn't have any breakfast, pools or spa. I could've really used a microwave in the room or at least somewhere else in the floor.
