BeachWalk at Sea Bright

Very modern, clean rooms. Great location. Staff always friendly and trying their best. The bar associated with the hotel also good.

Housekeeping could have been a given - instead, it was only on demand, and cleaning staff were a bit under equipped (e.g., no proper broom and dustpan for a sandy location). Also, the pool could have been a bit cleaner.

We loved the pool and the beautiful view of the river. The beach was directly across the street and plenty of places to eat nearby.

Not many menu options at restaurant. Would like to have seen some more fresh seafood options being right on the water. Also woke up to ant infestation day we were leaving because I had left a can of soda open overnight but I would definitely stay again and just make sure I dump any leftover drinks before bed

The rooms are neat and beds are comfy. Lots of pillows and blankets. There was plenty of room to set up the baby's pack n play. Showers in the bathroom are huge with great water pressure. The pool is absolutely perfect for children--most of it is under 3 feet.

We had an ant colony outside of our ground floor room and my kids were fascinated watching them go back and forth, but unfortunately they migrated into our room overnight and feasted on our leftover pizza. I want to stress that the room was clean, I think the door seal was failing or something, and those ants are tiny. It wasn't a huge deal to me.

There was a Tiki Bar and Grill, where it over looked the Bay with a nice open patio to enjoy the view and sunset . Very friendly staff. We got there earlier than expected and our room was ready so they let us check in before 4pm. Room was very clean and beds were comfortable . Great location right across the street from the beach . They gave us beach passes which was nice and we didnt have to worry about finding parking or paying for parking. Ashbury Boardwalk was about 20 mins down the road.

The location of this property is simply amazing. The rooms are located on the river which have docks available and can be used for fishing. Across the street is access to the ocean and the hotel’s private beach. There is also a pool area available.

The rooms are small and basically just the size of a bedroom with a bathroom. There is a cute little tiki bar, but it was not open much at all. It would have been nice to have a couple drinks here instead of driving a couple miles down the road.

Coffee in the office was a wonderful addition- the fridge & microwave in the room were another big plus. The Burgers at the Tiki bar were large and cooked to perfection!

more staff at the tiki bar for food & drink service - I'm sure the staffing shortage has affected the hotel as everywhere else.. The Poolside could use just a bit more seating- we did enjoy the uncrowded feel of the area tho.

Recommendation-outdoor shower after beach. BREAKFAST options otherwise you have to leave complex 1 Tiki Bar Waiter was very unpleasant with a Attitude.(forgot to bring me meal-with a wicked ATTITUDE...

Clean location everything !!!!

Add designated parking by room number. Its not cheap to stay here and a designated parking space by room would be appropriate. I’d prefer not to compete w non paying hotel visitors for a parking space

The view, pool and enjoying the sunset. The tiki bar was fair but nice for convenience and down to earth atmosphere. However, they discontinued serving breakfast.

Empty broken vending machines, only ice machine working. The room was filthy, dusty from top to bottom, could have been wiped down or cleaned, which it was not. Use at your own risk. Additionally, at $500+ a night, the room should have at least one premium movie channel of which there was none.

You can’t beat the beach and pool access. Our room overlooked the ocean, which was fantastic.

The gal at the front desk was pretty rude but other than that loved our stay.
