clean room, free wifi, comfortable bed

Budget hotel, met expectations for a male. Older property but ok. Other guests with large work trucks were ok. No breakfast

Location of I25 in a smaller town was adequate with only a few restaurant choices. Fall, so did not need heating or cooling. Bring your own soap.

Easy to find location, close to several food options, and generous room size

Bathroom dated, toilet bowl stained, no place for dogs to relieve themselves

It is an older motel. But is was clean the beds were comfortable. The doors lock well .but do not seal well could use a little weather stripping. But was a good value. We were pleased.

There towels are small and there was only one in the bathroom. And there was no floor mat had to use hand towel.and there was no place by the bed to plug in phone charger.

The beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean.

They seem to be working on it, but the entire property is old and shabby, needs a major renovation. Room was very dark, had way too much furniture, and though it was clean, there was debris in all the drawers.

There was no breakfast.

The room smelled stale and musty due to the carpet. That should be replaced with vinyl or tile. There is a section in room #38 at the bathroom threshold that is ripped and carpet tacks exposed. I cut my heel on it! Cannot open the drapes in the room either for sunlight. Really cheap soap that crumbled into pieces as soon as it was wet. The host desk is an extremely uninviting, unorganized mess. The hostess herself was quite friendly and smiled however. It's obvious the owner does not invest a single cent more into this property than necessary. What a shame!

Quiet

No breakfast as advertised. Sheets and blankets for queen beds were actualy for twin beds. Asked for new sheets but never received any.

Staff was nice.

No ice; pool no water; had to request more towels when the reservation was for four people and only two towels provided.

Curtain disconnected from pull, stain on easy chair arm, refrigerator trays full of water, tv remote worked only to turn on and volume— channel changes had to be done on tv box, tub faucet loose, tub drained poorly, water hot enough, but barely. We used no cold water to regulate temp. , presumably used towel was hanging on bathroom door hook when we arrived,, bathroom door didn’t close well- sticks.

The bed was OK

Sink plugged. Shower delivered warm water at trickle. After 10 hours of driving I was too exhausted to read the riot act to the desk lady.
