To begin with the staff was exceptionally Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!!! I appreciated that the staff made sure that social distancing was enforced!!! Breakfast was a delight due to the cheerfulness of the staff!!! The rooms were clean and spacious. The fireplace in the room was fabulous. The gym facilities were perfect!!! I highly recommend this home away from home!!!!
I think beds could be a little bit more comfortable but aside from that my stay was perfect.

The breakfast and the staff were outstanding! Hot cooked local food and plenty of snacks. Great roomy rooms with nice kitchens and supplies. Staff were friendly and eager to please!
I wish there was a bus stop closer as we didn't rent a car. I wish they had a shuttle to and from the airport as there is no bus to the airport which I blame on the city. We were able to Uber and take a bus from the hospital which is a doable walk away.

There was a loud fan running all day and night. We could not figure out if the fan in the bathroom was permanently stuck on or if it was the fan for the cooling/heating system.

Location was close to expressway and easy to get to downtown. The property was clean, quiet and quaint. We will suggest this property to others who travel to Santa Fe for a great experience. The staff was excellent. Give them all a raise in pay!!!!

The staff are excellent! Fireplaces! the hotel sells fire logs! Washer /dryer on site. Pan dolce for breakfast on the weekends. very clean. Manager loaned us a shower chair for my mom.

Everything could be updated, especially the mattress.
