DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Albuquerque

Staff was very friendly and helpful for all of our questions. The food at the restaurant was fantastic. Highly recommend. Beds were comfortable and rooms were quiet. Being a hotel in the business district it was a peaceful, quiet stay. Walking distance to the downtown area and other restaurants. Would stay again.

Nothing really negative to say except the location will require an uber or taxi to get to most things that you want to go see if you are staying as a tourist and not staying for business in the area.

Nice and clean with easy access to the hotel and surrounding area.

Wifi could have been better. I felt they nickel and dime you to death. For what you pay wifi and parking should be free.

There was a charge for parking (per day) that I have never encountered before. A hotel should provide parking (how do you think customers are going to arrive?). The ‘pet’ fee was a tad bit high.

Ty at the front desk was amazing 👏 🙌 So very close to everything we wanted to see and do. It was overall a wonderful stay. Enjoyed it. Would definitely give it a 10 out of 10.

Parking was a little confusing but got the hang out of it. But that's it.

the size of the room was perfect for my family

the young gentleman that cheated us in wasn’t very friendly I tried to make conversation as it took so poop a while to get us settled & he still managed to forget our parking passes - he wasn’t as friendly as the other staff members.

Friendly staff, lounge and food area, and secure.

Wasn't to do with the people in general whoever made the design of the bathroom door swinging in should have put the toilet at an angle it's very difficult as a bigger person to use the restroom with the door open or shut.

Everything was absolutely great! Rooms were clean, everything worked in the room, enough towels were provided. Beds were comfortable.

It isn't something that I didn't like, but the vending machines were not working appropriately on floor.

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The blow dryer that they stock in the bathroom is amazing. Staff was super friendly and helpful, everyone smiled at me. The hotel itself is mostly centrally located to lots of little shops and restaurants, and no more than 20 minutes driving from most of the cities other attractions. I also parked my in their lot and felt mostly secure about it. There is an automated gate for anyone wondering.

Wish there were more vegan food options on premises.

The rug in our room really needed to be replaced. It was stained and permanently dirty that shampooing probably can't remedy.

Great, convenient location. Staff was very accommodating with last minute booking and a request for early check-in. The restaurant was great as well. Very comfortable hotel room and beautiful decor throughout. We were moved here and I'm so glad we moved here instead of our first accommodation. No comparison.
