Homewood Suites Atlantic City Egg Harbor Township

My mother has brain cancer and was not able to check out at the set time.At 12 p.m.I went to the front seat and asked the lady if we could do a late check out. she informed me check out was at 11 a.m. but she would allow us to stay an extra hour. So we stayed until 1 p.m. She was very easy about about and I really appreciated that. It’s hard to find understand or compassionate people in this world so I absolutely appreciated her.

We love, love, love the location. It doesn't take us too long to get to Ventnir Beach at all! The hotel itself is nice and we loved staying in our two bedroom, two bathroom suite!

The sofas were so dirty and could use a major cleaning. There was hair all over the sofa. I had to spread a blanket over it for the duration of our stay. The plates in the kitchen cabinet were also dirty and had food spots on it. They definitely need to do a better job cleaning. The pool is filthy and cloudy. It needs attention ASAP.

I didn't like the couch in the livingroom it was hair all over it couldn't sit on it at all and the room needed some things in the kitchen like more pots and dish soap and dish cloths and some scrubbers for the pots next time

Never used the breakfast. It was too minimal. Like that there was a small pool and a small work-out gym with equipment.

The tv in the room initially did not work. Service department had to fix a minor issue. But, they had to attend to it. The service department had to install new batteries in the in-room safe to make it work. These issues should have never existed if checked on before new guests enter apartment.

I loved everything I take this trip every year and me and my husband love it close to lots of stores this year we invited my brother and sister in law they loved it as well

There was nothing not to like

comfy bed...suite had kitchenette, extra pillows, everything was clean. the continental breakfast was great,lots of selection. everything was fresh. was able to check in an hour early.

the furniture was scuffed up...but didn't detract from our stay.

Convenient to wedding venue. Very clean nice staff.

Thought a little outdated. Upholstery was worn and arms showed wear. Floor in kitchen was coming up.

Location and having a kitchen with all essentials was good. Most of the staff was attentive.

The sofa sleeper was uncomfortable. The bed was good. Breakfast is a convenient to go bag, but staff put it away early.

The location was great. The staff went above and beyond. It was quiet and clean.

The pool closes two hours after check in. The bed was uncomfortable and I was hoping for more options at breakfast. Still had a great time though. The staff really made it!

Checkin staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very spacious. The amenities were outstanding. The entire place was clean and very comfortable. Great location too. Would definitely stay again.

The morning staff was not as "warm" as the evening staff. Because of covid, the box lunch was adequate, but the extras (butter, milk for coffee, etc) was not offered although available (but not visible). Checkout assistance was...eh...
