Sheraton Nashua

The facilities were nice and they just had to remodel which was beautiful the staff was very friendly and accommodating the food was excellent and the location was great.

We order breakfast towards the end of the breakfast time I ordered the messed up and the chef had left before we could correct it however the food that we did have was very good. Also we had to switch rooms which the bathroom in the new room cleanliness was not up to par but nothing can be perfect.

The room was great, extremely comfortable beds and pillows and very clean. Both the indoor and outdoor pools for very large and the hot tub was awesome! Once restaurant and Lounge reopen I will definitely be poking to stay there again. Because the restaurant and lounge were closed they had a printed list of all nearby places to eat.

The restaurant and lounge were temporarily closed due to construction, which would have been nice that was mentioned on the website. Also, when I originally booked the room it said free continental breakfast but that was not offered because it was closed.

The manager was very accommodating when our room was not available and upgraded us to a suite as well as a complimentary breakfast. This was much appreciated.

During our three-day stay, our room was never cleaned while we were out of the room during the day.

Everything is new in the Hotel and the Room looks grate. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, being new, they were not worn out. The A/C unit worked perfectly and was easy to control from the Wall Mounted Thermostat. The Bathroom was beautiful with Chrome, Glass and the way it was lit.

They need to make sure housekeeping Vacuum's after each quest departure.

Newly renovated. Comfortable beds. Large rooms. Night light in bathroom mirror.

No complimentary water in the lobby. Asked for a water fountain and was told they only sell bottled water. Seems like a simple item to show appreciation to your guests. Bottled water sold in rooms is $5 each. No clocks in room.

The hotel itself looks like a castle. Then when you enter the building you're treated like royalty. They are beyond friendly and helpful. I won't stay anywhere else when in New Hampshire.

The only thing I was sad about was that I arrived late and the cookies weren't available at the bar. Other than that couldnt have been better.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is near several restaurants and walking distance from a great coffee shop. Room was very big for not being a suite. Bed was comfy and shower/bathroom was large as well. Hotel was not excessively noisy or busy which made our stay quiet and relaxing while we were there.

Had to keep A/C unit at max cool to cool the room and no fan in the bathroom. No continental breakfast or restaurants open in hotel. Should not be advertised as having these services on Booking.com.

Staff was friendly and responsive....especially the bar tender!

No water on our first morning (Thursday)........and the phone didn't work, so we had to physically go to the front desk to report the water situation.

My shower and bed were amazing. Big room, with lots of room to move about. The three young men running the front desk were very personable and informative. Anthony checked us out of the room, and made sure we were happy. We had a great stay.

No on site dining, due to renovations. Lots of dust from the construction. BUT....I'm sure it's for the betterment of the facility. We look forward to coming back when renovations are complete.

The hotel is nice and bright since it was remodeled. My room was so nice clean and I loved how it was set up. The furniture and lighting are a major improvement. The staff is always very helpful.
