Hampton Inn & Suites Reno

Honestly, the staff was amazing and just wonderful! They were all so sweet and helpful and did their best to help out. I honestly felt looked out for. The breakfast was really good too. The bed and pillows were nice as well. The lobby was nice and clean. Bathrooms were also clean. They have toiletries available for you as well upon request. Wifi was good.

You can kinda tell this place needs a but of a renovation, some of the door handles were a little stuck, some of the walls and furniture show signs of "wear and tear" but I was told that they will be getting a remodeled soon so hopefully they will fix it. You can hear ppl in the hallways and upstairs so it woke me up a few times.

Area was clean, a good business hotel in the suburbs of the city, meets all expectations without bad surprise.

Why are there only disposable for breakfast? This generate a huge amount a non recyclable waste, that could easily be avoided.... is it in line with Hilton's ESG pledges? On a side note, the pool could open earlier than 9am, it wouldn't hurt for early birds....

The cut fruit was good each of the mornings we had breakfast.

Noise from the room A/C unit was bothersome. My sense of the front desk staff for each of the evenings when I checked in is that they would rather be somewhere else and while superficially cordial, I was to be processed quickly. The woman that checked me out Sunday morning was genuinely warm and wanted to know how my stay was.

I stay at Hampton Inn and Suites as much as I can, breakfast is really great, rooms are spacious, beds are comfy, everything you need is there

Found some hairs on the bed spread, how hard can it be to do a better job on this..? Seems to be a typical thing in hotels these days...

The facility wasn't very crowded.

I didn't like the fact that when I arrived with my luggage. There was no cart available for me . I had to follow another customer up to their room. Wait for them to empty their cart to have it available for me.

The cleanliness was what we were willing to pay extra for, due to having a 6 month old baby that can not be left on a bed, so that leaves the floor, which were very clean. the bed was amazingly comfortable. The front desk employees were very nice. the breakfast was enjoyable

The cost was a bit much, I would come back more often if the cost was lower. The shower made the most piercing noise and not much flow.

This property is located south of Downtown in a business area, but not to far from all the fun stuff. It was very quiet, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. Our room was clean and very comfortable. There was a small issue with the AC our first night there until the man at the front desk came up and flipped a switch behind the curtians. After that we were good to go. We stayed here for 5 days and never had another issue. We highly recomend this property!

Location is superb, close to important businesses and tourist attractions, yet private and quiet, with a great view of the mountains. Property is well-maintained, and front desk staff are competent. Bonus feature - the room fridge actually has a freezer compartment, so you can keep the ice packs for your cooler frozen for the next day's needs.

The lack of a good shower spray, at an appropriate height, is my main gripe. I wish hotels would use detachable spray wands on hoses, but I guess they imagine all kinds of misuse potential. But, at least they should check to ensure a strong and direct spray in every shower.

Check in was easy and fast.. The room was VERY clean, exceptional. We had the woorlpool bath suite and it was good size, the bed was comfortable. The woorlpool bath is very small and literally just the bathtub with jets. To me the layout and furnish of the room was kinda awkward it was more a businesses style in my opinion. The pool is open you need reservations, due to covid 19 also due to covid the hot tub is closed. Close driving distance to Stores and food. Also if u are not familiar with the area it's easy to get to the freeway is maybe a 1 min away and you don't have to fight with lights and traffic and stuff like that.

indoor pool one of the lights had a issue so it made a buzzing sound that became extremely annoying for me after about 5 minutes, but I am very short fused about constant annoying noises, it did not bother my kids.

Safe and clean : As you can find in every corners of hotel have some cleaning anti bacteria wipes and hand sanitizer. Even in elevators. It showed us that hotel Took very seriously about safety during Covid time. Me and my family feel safe staying in this hotel. They have door sealed after they clean the room for next guest that’s one more credit for them. Breakfast is available for take outs @6a -10a This was my 2nd stay in same hotel when I visited Reno for vacation.

If someday maybe they will have Security guards in lobby would be a better protection so no one beside guests could access easily to elevators rooms.
