Harrah's North Kansas City Hotel & Casino

I was worried it was going to be really dirty because of all the reviews but it really wasn’t even bad. I understand what people mean about needing updates, but still cozy & not an eye sore or anything. I enjoyed the casino & restaurants.

Very minimal problems, sometimes keycard doesn’t work right away in elevator. One hotel staff wasn’t very friendly but I don’t even know what he did there we just ran into him in the elevator & he just wasn’t very nice. Also drinks could be stronger, I did have to wipe out the tub, there was hair in it, but I was expecting this due to other reviews so I wasn’t really mad about it.

Clean room and was allowed to stay later than checkout time. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Elevator requires room key to reach floors above main floor.

All you can eat buffet style restaurant was gone. This was a very good place to enjoy a meal that was higher quality than a chain restaurant buffet. Vending prices are very expensive but to be expected at a resort.

Internet was not turned on. Had to call front desk and they never answered. Then had to call tech support. Front desk was awful. Reservation from booking.com was not in system when we arrived and front desk clerk sent us away for two hours. Finally got a clerk to look at my phone and reservation an she checked us in.

Semi parking!! Nice to get away from truck. Ate at sports bar. Good food. Good service. Hotel staff very nice. Would definitely stay again!

Would to have liked to check in early, but hotel was full night previous. Didnt really offer to have room cleaned so we could check in. We just spent time at sports bar while we waited. Wasn't horrible.

Enjoyed the facilities and the location. Always a good time in the casino.

Gordon Ramsay's Steak. What a joke!! Hands down the worst "fine dining" meal we've ever had. Staff made us feel rushed and other than the lobster risotto most of the other food tasted microwaved. I'll laugh the next time I see Gordon Ramsay criticize someone else's food. I feel like Gordon owes me $300.00.

I liked that the check in process was simplified, staff were professional and hotel appeared to be blean. The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable.

The hallways in the LV hotel were a little stand and the shower fid not drain properly but overall the experience along with all other aspects were great. Would stay again.

That the casino was close

The check- in was difficult the lady was not helpful at all they said when I reserved online said there was free valet we didn't even get a cart to unload are belongings on to talk up the 5th floor it was stupid and was an inconvenience

The fact that it was available in the casino. The food is always good. A lil pricy.

The rooms are outdated. They are not the cleanest. The carpet was dirty and old. There were old fingerprints on the door and places.The bed was clean the bathroom was clean.

the room was clean but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the pillows were small and old.

I paid for a premium king room and didn’t get a premium room it was an older regular king room.

Overall it was a very nice stay.

We stayed 2 nights. Our room was not cleaned or fresh linens provided. The second night we had trouble with the room keys and had to go back and forth to the check in desk 3 times before it would work.
