Holiday Inn Express Boonville, an IHG Hotel

It was perfect for our stay and when I called to confirm and ask for adjoining room Shelli was excellent. She was very pleasant and answered all of my questions and requests on my confirmation call and when we arrived. Quiet even though off interstate. Breakfast was good and dining area clean. Rooms were clean and quiet except for the air/fan unit and I am a light sleeper so could just be me. Beds were very comfortable. Manager was on property the morning of our check out and also very pleasant and inquired about our stay.

The air conditioning unit was very loud even on low. Our fault but we checked out and when we got home that night found out we had left an item in the room. Called immediately before 6 pm to ask about it and it was not turned in to lost and found. But again our mistake but too bad people are not honest but can imagine they hear this all the time of people leaving property and honesty goes both ways. These are the only negatives I can say.

Breakfast was delicious with a variety of food items to select Clean and the breakfast personnel was very nice and efficient. Mr. Nick Patel, general manager, was so nice and made sure we had everything we needed.

I loved the living room and coffee maker, the breakfast buffet and pool area! How clean it was. The bathroom had big sized shampoo conditioners and body wash hooked up in the shower

That there wasnt a spa tub in my room as said in description of the room bed were a little uncomfortable for my wife but everyone else loved them. Shower was very slippery.

Clean room & quiet atmosphere.

Disappointed in breakfast which in past has been very good. The eggs appeared to be powdered & tasteless and bananas were the only fruit available. Past visits at other hotels offer omelets, waffles & various fruits.

We made coffee in our room. We brought our own cereal & milk (due to the covid-19) so we wouldn't have to eat from the breakfast room. We appreciated the coffee maker in our room and also the fridge and microwave. We used them all. I liked it that the our used towels were exchanged everyday and the trash taken out without disturbing the rest of the room. We appreciated the care you took to minimize our risk due to the pandemic. We were please to see the staff wearing masks and the reminder on the entry door for everyone entering to wear a mask.

Not having a restaurant (not fast food) within walking distance.

The lady that checked us in Demetrice (I think was her name) was super friendly!!

The room was too warm like the ac didn't work right and it was a little outdated. The breakfast buffet was cold and it looked like the sausage wasn't cooked all the way.

Had a big room. Really spacious. BIG breakfast. Lots of options. Nice workers. I would definitely go again.

It was a little pricey but it was nice!

It was a little noisy but I know the hotel can’t really help that.

We wanted to stay there again on our return trip. Found out taxes and service charge was over $50. We opted to stay at Quality Inn. Same fees but room rate less. Just as clean and comfortable.
