Hampton Inn & Suites West Point

Breakfast was great. Hot omelets, sausage, waffles, bagels, cereal and much more. The staff was awesome. Everyone was extremely friendly. I especially liked Yolanda. We were also impressed with the HONESTY of the housekeeping staff. My husband inadvertently left his cell phone. They found it and called my phone to let us know. We were already two hours away so we told them we would pickup on our way back home (in 8 days). She told us she’d put our name on it and put it somewhere safe. When we returned to pick it up, she had it wrapped up with our name and info on a paper surrounding it. The room was nice as well. Big screen TV and Wi-Fi worked well. All the amenities you can think of.

Well, the water heater was out when we were there, but we were given a discount for the inconvenience. Stuff happens and we made it work. I heated 3 cups of water in the microwave and dumped it into the ice bucket and then added cold water to balance out. I have short hair (so I get TERRIBLE bed head) and was able to wash it in the sink. My husband poured it over, I lathered up and then he poured to rinse. The only other thing was the bed was too firm for my liking. I’m accustomed to a Sleep Number bed so that is probably why any other bed is too firm. I would have given this a 10 rather than the 8 had the water heater been working.

The staff and house keeping was very nice

Well the top comfort was a little dirty but we had them to wash them. I know they don't wash them everyday but due to what's going on they should well they should after every time people check out. Also I was on the 2nd floor and I didn't like the kids running over my head late at night and early in the morning very noisy but I didn't complain

it was great however we called for extra towels before 9pm and they were not able to bring them to the room we had to go get them ourselves from the front desk we booked the room for four in advance they could have put a towel for every one in the room

Close to family; the staff were great. Kiki was very understanding of my situation and addressed the issue w/o hesitation! Kiki was amazing and I was very grateful! I was in town for my Uncle’s funeral service.

Staff and cleanliness of my room. Love being on top floor. Nice location.

No towels available and breakfast was all gone way before time ended. My tub has this unsettling movement and squeakiness to appear as if it was going to collapse. So we could move normally without that fear.

Because of a funeral and burial, we were given an hour late check out which was so helpful. Breakfast was better than I have had at other hotels. I felt safe.

The staff was friendly the facility and room were clean and well maintained.

The bed was harder than Chinese Arithmetic.

Great area and close to relatives. The continental breakfast was healthy and nutritiously hearty.

Check batteries in remote. Had to be near tv to get guide. In all fairness, I didn’t go to desk about it. It was annoying once settled in bed to turn off.

The Quietness of the Hotel , great for guests who are there to do business
