Holiday Inn Express New Albany, an IHG Hotel

The room was super clean and up to date, I love that about the room. Had a mini fridge and microwave. King size Bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would definitely recommend and stay here again when I’m in town.

The staff is not very knowledgeable. It took the staff member 10 minutes to find my reservation. Then my room key magically stopped working, I went to the front desk and the staff member was asking me all these extra questions. It’s like look, you checked me in now you’re acting like you don’t know me or that isn’t my room. I didn’t like that at all. Just fix the keys please that’s it. Also pool was not open.

Staff, hotel and room was wonderful, quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was better than expected, especially the pancakes, fresh bacon and sausage. Bed and linens were so comfortable. And I love that all bathroom products were Dove.

The room was a bit small for 3 people in a double room. And I wish there had been a small table and chairs to eat at.

The lady at the front desk who checked us in was very friendly and attended to us promptly. Housekeeping staff I met were all nice. Was pleased that the vending machines were well stocked and the room we stayed in was clean and quiet.

The layout of the hotel felt a little wonky but they are under construction so that can't be helped.

Very clean rooms. The breakfast was excellent. The fresh cookies in the evening were a pleasant surprise. The staff were exceptionally polite and thorough.

I think a small couch in addition to the desk chair would have been nice.

Breakfast was good. The selection was limited, but I was told it was a supply issue. That I totally understand.

The bathroom door swings into to bathroom. It blocks the toilet & tub. It should swing out into the room. Also fresh towels and such were not ready available without submitting a request. Also parking is limited. I had to park at the restaurant next door. Which meant that I had to move my vehicle by 10:00 am.

very comfortable bed. the Dove bath products were a nice unexpected bonus

I did not like that it is a cashless facility. The room was a lot smaller that I thought I had reserved.

The fact that the rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast good! The front desk ladies were great upon checking in and the gentleman was kind also as we checked out! Will definitely be staying there again!! Plus the pool was open!!!

They found my reservation almost immediately at the front desk. I have an unusual name, so this has been an issue at other hotels in the past.

Simply, I had two people in the room and two beds. I wish I didn't have to go to the front desk to ask for an extra bar of soap. It's the little things...

Very good for over all price. Area is a little noisy,but convient.

For the price we have no complaints.

I like everything about the room it was so amazing to me I enjoyed myself .

There was not anything that I didn't like.
