very clean. Front desk host was exceptionally nice.

no literature about the hotel. Except what was given with your room key. Needed larger piece of info. Along with TV guide. Also, no bottle of water for the coffee. Do not trust Jackson Mississippi water. Some furniture could use upholstery repair. Also drain in bathroom sink did not work properly. DID NOT LIKE main entrance being blocked by single car for two hours. The car was occupied with people gathered around chatting and made no interest in moving. No one in the hotel made an effort to have the car moved to accommodate guest. I question if these people were guest? Paying $149 a night.

Staff were amazing especially as our booking company had not sent the booking through the desk guys sorted straight away .Food on site was great ,breakfast was great varied choice and restuarants on site good food at reasonable price

Resturant was a little cold . Hotel is on a mall area which meant quite busy and away from city so need a car or uber to visit

This was the second time we stayed at this Hilton in a week's time. The room was dated, but comfortable and clean. The hotel is conveniently located close to the highway. The clerk at check-in was very friendly and very helpful, letting us know where we could go to get a meal, so we didn't have to pretend we were Daniel Boone searching for a place to eat. The parking area was lighted well at night.

No complimentary breakfast -- if you want breakfast at the hotel, you have to pay for it. Plus since we had a pet with us, there was a non-refundable $75 pet deposit --- and I was terribly surprised to find that the "complimentary" coffee in the lobby not only was "make-it-yourself", but also carried a $2 price tag.

Great location and a welcome respite at the end of a long night of driving. Plus our pet was welcome!! The parking is lighted well and we felt rushed secure unloading at night. The property was well kept, clean, and attractive. And for the most part. Comfortable. One of the beds in our room was past its time and needs to be replaced

For the room price, I expected breakfast-/but this Hilton charges $15 per meal. Fortunately Whataburger is across the street so we had a great meal at Whataburger. The 75 non refundable pet fee is too much. I suspect a lot of people get surprised by that. I had checked about pet deposits before booking the room so I was ready for it . My dog was so sweet, good-natured, clean, and well-behaved, the Hilton should have paid me just for bringing my dog to stay ther.

the lobby is pretty spacious and the beds are very comfortable.

my first room wasn’t cleaned but they did not hesitate to give me a new room. the new room was clean but a little dusty in the bathroom and my mini fridge was basically a freezer.

I was very appreciative of the staff’s attentiveness. They were always friendly, courteous, and well informed. The bed was incredibly comfortable!! The location, unbeknownst to me having never traveled here before, was better than I could have planned!

Can’t say that I didn’t like anything. My stay was too short?! Loved every moment!

I loved the location of the facility; it is near the highway and the shopping district. The hotel could use some upgrades to the lobby and the rooms.

The parking was challenging. The bathroom lighting was not on point, I had trouble putting on my makeup and the room looked old. The rooms and the lobby could use more modern pieces. 1 0.

The hotel was in a very safe area and the rooms were spacious.

The elevators broke down which greatly inconvenienced us bringing out luggage down from the 11th floor, along with many other customers, and the staff didn’t seem to be doing much to help.

I did not have the breakfast. There were some shady looking people hanging around the parking lot.

The property is looking old and is in need of a make over and the ice machine did not work on my floor.

the location of the hotel was convenient for the conference i attended.

Was in a meeting in banquet room and house keeping came into my room and moved my things out on check out day. The guy had cleaned my room. It was not check out time. He said bc I had no sign on the door. Why put a sign
