This is an excellent hotel for the price! It is well-maintained and clean. It is easy to access, and in walking distance to shops, good places to eat (Kelly’s Tap House), the bike path, and to the river. We liked that our room had a small fridge and microwave. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice. The desk staff were pleasant and nice in appearance. Nice breakfast options, and we loved the omelette maker for breakfast! What a thoughtful addition for folks who can’t have gluten or are watching carbs.

We were pleased with everything.

The facility, the staff, the breakfast, the cleanliness, the comfort of the lobby and the room were all very good. I loved the pool and the jacuzzi, one of the best jacuzzi's I've been in, and the pool hours were fantastic - till mid-night! The beds were also very comfortable. Loved the convenience of the fridge and microwave in the room too.

An elevator would have made a big difference upon arrival and checking out as we had some heavy luggage to carry up and down the stairs. Fortunately, the desk clerk on duty was a strong man and he helped us with some of the load. He was not on duty, however, for check-out. The walls seemed quite thin as we heard talking and kids running up and down the corridor in the morning. We also heard doors to the other rooms opening and shutting. They were very squeaky. Also, the night we were there the weather had turned chilly and the bed covers were not adequate for staying warm throughout the night. No extra blankets/quilts/covers anywhere in the room.

It was quiet from outside noise and the pool was great.

On our last night (Saturday) there were people from a wedding group that were running up and down the hall shouting and laughing at 11:30 at night. My husband had to finally open our door and tell them to be quiet. I feel the staff should have taken care of the noise right away.

The front desk staff were very friendly. The included breakfast was amazing and included both waffle makers and an omlette station. The room was larger than expected and the bed was comfotable.

There was broken glass on the pool deck which wasn't entirely the hotels fault and the front desk staff immediately went in with a broom when notified however I did end up with a shard of glass in each foot. The room jacuzzi tub was smaller than expected, barely big enough for one person.

Good breakfast and location. I asked for the best window view they have and was provided with a good one. Despite being near a busy roadway, I noticed no traffic noise anywhere in the facility and especially my roon.

It was very snowy and the snow removal could have been slightly more thorough in the parking spaces.

it was wonderful! More than I expected with the omelet maker. I really enjoyed that. the manager (perhaps assistant), she was super friendly and helpful. room was everything I hoped it to be: clean, comfortable bed & well appointed. a great place to stay in Red Wing, MN

Room was so clean. Breakfast was amazing! Waffle and omelet makers plus all the regular stuff for breakfast. Pool and hot tub were super clean and towels stocked . Very friendly staff. Was quiet in our room and we were even on the road side. Would definitely stay again.

Overall a very pleasant stay. The staff was welcoming and courteous and I was able to check in to my room with no issue. We got a room on the far side of the building away from the main road so it was quiet. The room was clean and was as expected. Bonus: Right down the street from Kelly's Tap House and more importantly Rip Wing Crossfit!

We've been coming here for years to visit family. Friendly clean, comfortable, quiet & great pool/whirlpool & breakfast.

This year was really pricey. Not sure we can pay $280/night for long. I know the pandemic has changed a lot of things but all hotel costs are so high. Tough to travel with these prices.

breakfast was excellent, with eggs, waffles, fruit, pastries, and juice. The room was clean and quiet. Lots of room for parking.

you should end your relationship with Expedia. Their inability to fix a mistake almost cost you a customer.
