Bay Pointe Inn

Everything was wonderful! We loved the spacious room. It was nice to have 2 TVs. The fireplace was beautiful and warm. We loved the spa tub and having a little kitchenette as well. Customer service was amazing and they texted to check on us and see if we needed anything during our stay. Breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of food and drinks. I'm sure there is more to add, and we are looking forward to our next stay!

Nothing comes to mind, except the outlets in the room were slightly loose. They just need to be tightened up.

Nothing really, the one thing that was kind of annoying was that the bathroom light was connected with the exhaust fan, which was a little loud, so you couldn’t be in the bathroom ie washing hands, doing hair or makeup without that fan going. A recommendation would be to update the bathroom vanity, it was looking old and not as fresh as the rest of the room.

Loved everything. Never knew this place existed in all these years in Michigan.

Hot tub was not working which was a huge disappointment because my hubby called just to make sure the pool/hot tub was open and the phone greeter stated they were, so we continued to book. Went down in the morning and it was blocked off. That was disappointing when you were really looking forward to it. We did use the pool though.

We loved the layout of the hotel. The water bei g so close and the restaurant. The staff was amazing.

I strongly think that upon check in, people need to be asked if they are attending gun lake live. If so, they should be able to purchase tickets at the front desk. Paying what we pay to stay there, we shouldn't have to wait in a line to purchase tickets. Not to mention, the girls selling the tickets were extremely rude to us.

The service upon check in was quick and efficient. Room service was wonderful as well. Lake view room is totally worth it!

The hot tub/pool area needed attention. We couldn't get in at all in Saturday night because of children in and out. I think an hour for adults- only would be nice... Especially since it's open until 11pm. There were no towels in the morning (it was well after 8 am, pool opens at 7), and the hot tub could really have used some de-foamer before opening.

The staff were helpful, friendly and very professional. The setting was beautiful. The room was spacious and comfortable. It was great to have a balcony and a view of the lake.

The band in the pavilion on Wednesday night was too loud and not very good. Otherwise the Inn was terrific!

Our room was incredible. We had a beautiful hot tub. The view from our balcony was awesome! And the fireplace in our room was cozy and comfortable. I highly recommend going here. Before our our stay ended, we had booked another vacation here during the summer because we enjoyed ourselves so much.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Very clean, beautiful location.

We were here for a wedding. Bay Point did a amazing job. If I had to find a negative, it would be they started taking chairs down and table decorations before the 11pm end time. I would have rather they start that at 11pm not before. Other than that and that is horrible it was awesome!

The location and view were amazing. The staff was very accommodating. They sent a bottle of champagne and strawberries to the room for our honeymoon. Loved the large tub in the ultimate suite, and had a breath taking view over Gun Lake.

Wish I would have had previous notice about construction. Not a great wakeup call at 8.

We chose Bay Pointe because it was close to Bittersweet Ski Resort. The hotel property was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The on site restaurant was so good!

Beds were a little firm for my liking. If we weren’t skiing, I’m not sure what else would have been close to do.
