Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites - Novi, an IHG Hotel

It was quiet even with us being close to the pool area. There were kids using the pool and running in and out but you wouldn't have known it without going outside the room. It was close to shops and restaurants. There was also a little gas station within walking distance if you needed anything the hotel didn't have.

This is not the fault of the motel but to get to it you had to do a weird u turn to get to. It's one of those things cities are starting to use but can be irritating. This is also common but weird. Make sure you keep up with both cards because you have to use one to turn lights on and off.

the breakfast is amazing and the lady that handles that area does a amazing job all by herself. The breakfast is well thought out and nicely displayed. the common area was nice to sit and talk with family

in our room the cover of the heater would not stay on and looked like someone attempted to fix it with tape. Everything else was wonderful thank you

We loved the location and settings of the hotel. The staff was professional, courteous, and definitely friendly.

We didn't like the pillows of the bed. They did not hold form and provided no comfort and/or support for our necks.

Everything was clean breakfast was very good my husband and I don't eat pork so it was great to finally see other great choices we can eat

The elevators need a little bit of oil or something a little shaky

After trying to check in at the wrong location I was redirected by the most helpful desk person only to be greeted by a very nice person at the final destination.

If did not eat breakfast but location to restaraunts and shopping are outstanding. This is an excellent hotel for the value.

There is some remodeling where the hallways are being painted but it is only going to improve the hotel so no problems!!

Loved the personalized approach of Robert and Melissa. They were amazing, they switched us to a bigger room that I needed to sleep the kids in, they helped us to get rid of the smell, and they were able to extend our pool time.

The room smelled Marijuana, not the hotels fault but the guests. The staff worked their magic and made it right.

But the staff was excelent and since i was unaware that the pool was down they let me cancel without any fees they also were extremely polite and accomadating i wish we couldve stayed there.

due to staff shortage, a front desk worker (i believe) was filling in for the breakfast staff. She was doing her best, but it was obvious she wasn't used to what all needed to be done.

COVID-19 is all over the world. and most of hotel was not serving breakfast, so i was not expected much. but it was good breakfast.

If chef is there for cooking eggs, it is excellent, and i am Japanese. so if there is Japanese style food. i be appreciate.
