Quality Inn Near Interstate I94

The room was fine, no major problems.

The woman who checked us in acted like she would rather be doing something else. The next morning during breakfast, someone spilled a bowl of cereal and the same employee sat and watched while the customer cleaned it up. Then she locked the doors to the breakfast room at 9:57. I don't think waiting 3 more minutes would've caused her any great inconvenience. Not a major problem, but it's the little things.

We were expecting a more relaxed motel, and our expectations were exceeded by how the place was clean, comfortable, and offering amenities that are at more expensive hotels (toiletries, microwave, tv, fridge, continental breakfast). I liked the big mirror in the room and spacious bathroom.

I think it was a great stay for the price, so I don't have negative comments about it!

Breakfast was very nice. The attendant kept everything filled and hot. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels and washcloths.

Our room was next door to an electrical supply room and things were clicking on and off during the night. The next day we asked that our room be changed to a different room and this was done easily.

The staff was so incredibly friendly. The facility was spotless and the breakfast was great. The pool and hot tub were also kept clean. I cannot praise the front desk staff enough. Seriously these people should teach a class on how to offer five star customer service!

How nice the second auditor was. Location was great. Breakfast was ok, they ran out of stuff but did put more out.

The auditor that checked us in was great, we went in before the check in time & the guy wasn't at the counter after waiting for several minutes he showed up & said no, no you can't check in now, come back in after 3, when we came back there was a different guy working, he was so nice & accommodating, which made up for the 1st guy. Our preferences weren't even considered but the auditor changed it. He was great.

Decent property. Everything felt clean. Staff was very friendly. Location was perfect. Overall would stay again.

Room had a weird musty smell. Could definitely use some air freshener. Breakfast was only okay. You’re not allowed to take it back to your room and the breakfast area is loud and crowded. Yogurt was a day expired. Still grateful to have something.

It was a very enjoyable stay. It exceeded my expectations for cleanliness and the newness of the furniture.

I never could get the Wi-Fi to connect but New Buffalo is pretty sketchy for service so I don't really think that was the hotels problem.

The cleanliness, the breakfast, the pool, the vending machines, close to the beach. McDonald's and a gas station is across the street and down a block maybe. Dollar general is the other way less than a mile.

It shares a parking lot with a sketchy older style single story motel. They face each other. I think the people live there. If you're freaked out by face tattoos, then book somewhere else.

location (1/2 mile from interstate); great view for south side rooms (wooded area); easy access; fair price.

common door between rooms allowed tv in next room to be heard. Not a problem at night for us, but could have been, as we heard tv loud and clear next morning.

The bathtub was not clean when I took a shower. The wedding started at 4:00 and I called to ask for an earlier check in the day before. The woman on the phone was rude and said too bad you can't come earlier. I called again the morning of the check in, talked to Adam and he was very nice and said he would arrange it. Since the wedding was starting at 4 we had to change etc coming from Chicago.
