Quality Inn & Suites Holland

Hotel was very clean, coffee was available all day, breakfast offering wasn't big but enough to fill you up. The waffles that I made every morning were DELICIOUS! The different people that I interacted with at different times were accomodating and very helpful. I got more than I expected based on the price that I paid for every night. Pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable beds and great pillows.

I shouldn't mention this because there was coffee available all dsy in the lobby... but the coffee maker in the room was very duty, it had accumulated dirt inside. ( room 139) other than that It was a great experience for a very low rate.

Room smelled very stale. Splatters on bed skirts and window valance. Huge water damage area on ceiling. Had just finished unpacking and were getting ready to shower and noticed used bar of soap in a dirty shower. Called front desk and they found us a new room but had to move up to second floor but at least it was clean and didn't smell weird. Breakfast the next morning was pitiful.

My husband and I stayed in room 130. The room seemed clean without musty odor. I was surprised, because you could see where a bad leak had been on the ceiling. The breakfast was good. Biscuits and gravy, waffles, sausage and cheese burritos, usual carbs, juices, coffee, cereal and oatmeal.

The ceiling needed repainted. The tub dripped all night. There were cobwebs in the bathroom and in the closet.

When we first checked in the room we got smelled musty and the refrigerator didn’t work. The staff was nice and got us into a different room across the hall with a working refrigerator and the room was clean and smelled nice.

In their description it said there was a pool but when we got there the pool was not open. That was the one thing why we picked that location.

We had a wonderful room, a suite with separate bedroom. It was wonderful, as we were visiting family and it gave us more room. Very comfortable and lovely. We were blessed with a wonderful staff person, April, when we checked in. We had had some real issues on our trip and my husband had recently had surgery. She welcomed us and even helped us old folks load the luggage cart and took it to the room while he moved the car. She was so sweet and helpful. We appreciated Jason, as well. Very polite and helpful when we checked out. Nice facility and great staff

Nothing at the hotel. But we could have done without the snow 😂

Your staff was exceptional. April & Jess were friendly, personable & very professional. They assisted us with local information to include restaurants & Holland tourist venues for the Tulip Days. I can’t say enough about how these two gals made our stay so much more than we expected. Thank them again for us. The hotel location was great. The room was very comfortable & very clean. I would recommend this hotel to friends & would use it again in future visits to Holland.

It's location is great and the people are very accommodating. April and Jason have helped us so much, we really enjoy them. Our room was very nice.

The facilities are nice. But our bathroom really needed to be redone. The tub is a mess. But it worked. Unfortunately the ice machine was out this time, but they were working to replace it.

The rooms were very well kept and clean. I would recommend this hotel and definitely stay again.

The only issue I had was that my king non smoking room that I reserved had been given away to another customer. I was given another room with 2 queens and it all worked out but just disappointed that my reservation choice was not honored. There was a bit of floor noise from the guests above us so if I stay again I will not stay downstairs.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When arriving I had scheduled for early arrival but it had not been noted!. The front desk very helpfully made sure we were able to get in to our room regardless. I would definitely stay there again.

The grab and go breakfast was nice. The pool was well kept, as was the room. Parking was easy. If you are having a difficult time walking, request a room on the first level, as there isn't an elevator.

The stairs leading to the second floor were not level. There were a few times that my daughter, sister and I almost tripped. Please look into this so nobody gets hurt in the future.
