Quality Inn Westfield - Springfield

When we were at the breakfast cafe, we had to leave in a hurry. In the process, I left my pocketbook hanging from the back of a chair. When I discovered that it was missing, we drove back, fully expecting that it had been stolen or that credit cards had been removed. Instead, the concierge greeted me with the purse, which was fully intact. I am so grateful for the honesty and compassion. Your staff was professional and courteous.

Location was great ,close to the I95 . The gentleman at the front desk on the morning of Saturday June 24 th was excellent .He printed directions for me to get to Buffalo .My internet on my phone was not working.He saved the day .Very friendly and his assisstance will not be forgotten .A great employee.

Great location. Right off the highway. Breakfast as excellent. Eggs, waffles, sausage, and coffee. Other options as well.

We got the very last place in the parking lot. Not sure what we would have done if there weren’t any.

Very clean and comfortable the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Excellent wifi throughout!

The location, although quite close to Interstate 90 , is somewhat traffic bound and a little difficult to maneuver at peak traffic times !

mattress and pillows were excellent. Breakfast was a good start to the day. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The location was easy to find.

Bathroom in 109 needs repairs; sink faucet leaks in hot mix Bathroom in 101 needs repairs; tub faucet is loose

Fridge, extra outlets for charging. Staff member Heidi was very helpful.

Room service only came first 2 days, and not second 2 days. Breakfast was disappointing for 2 of 4 days. More healthy options would be nice- fruit or whole grain. Coffee was weak- would appreciate a bold option.

Easy location. Room was clean and comfortable. The room was accessed from the inside hallway but also had a door that opened to the parking lot. Nice feature and made it easy to go out to the car.

It was all fine. But it was cold outside so we used the heat, which left the air in the room very dry. We had the idea to soak a towel and lay it over the heater. That did the trick nicely.

We had a great stay. The check in was exceptional as they even moved our room so we wouldn’t have to bring the kids and bags upstairs. 10/10

If related to covid breakfast is s limited to a baggie. Then please change the website temporarily others is FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. everything else was good.
