Harborside Inn

Very nice hotel next to aquarium of Boston and right in front of a metro station which is very handy. They work with a public parking not far where we can benefit from preferential prices. There is an opportunity to have breakfast and dinner on the spot.

The queen beds are a bit small. The breakfast is very limited. They only had eggs on the whole proposed menu. It was also quite expenssive.

Location was great. Room perfect size.

No coffee or tea is offered in the morning, which we did read about in reviews. As well as fresh fruit.

Superb location. Spacious room. Lots of restaurants, a 7-eleven, touristic sites nearby. Metro station in front of the hotel with direct connection to the airport.

The location of the hotel was terrific. Since the place was right Downtown, it was effortless for me to visit local places whenever and however I wanted. The room was amazing, and it was pretty clean. Also, the heater and the AC are so powerful and works so fast. So if you are afraid of Boston's cold weather, their rooms will be the perfect shield for you.

There are a couple of things that I didn't like about the hotel room. The staff was so friendly and they knew what they were doing but the room was just OK. First of all, the room has a fridge, and tv but it didn't have any microwaves. One complaint that I have about the room is for the last 2 days of my stay, the shower drainage was blocked. When I took showers, I had to shower in a huge puddle of water. I hate to wait for around 12-15 hrs to take my next shower so the water could drain or else water could've just over flow. Even though I told to staff member at the front desk, the problem was still not fixed.

In a really great location. Bed was comfortable and thankfully the air con was great. Staff were friendly and efficient. Bathroom and bedroom a decent size.

I had a room with an atrium view (which I knew) but the lighting was terrible. If you are going to put people in internal facing rooms you can’t have ridiculously poor lighting. I really wasn’t impressed. Other minor downside was that the shower took forever to heat up.

The staff was excellent and quick to respond to needs. The housekeeping staff was friendly. The place was clean. I loved the location. I normally don't spend so much on a room but when I booked I found a great deal. I recommended it to my sister and she ended up booking a night while we were there so we got to do more things together.

The lounge was open for coffee and socializing. For this reason, I don't know why the lounge/bar was closed "for Covid" reasons (sign on the door). It would've been more convenient to stay on-site in the evenings rather than wander the streets looking for a place to get a drink to socialize with friends and/or family. I would rather have spent my money all in one place.

The room was nice. Pillows were not fluffy at all. Walls were thin. Person in room beside us had set an alarm to wake them up. We jumped up and thought it was going off in our room.

Thin walls, could hear people in room next door talking. Alarm to wake up in their room woke us up.

Amazingly convenient location! Fun little lobby and comfortable bed. Bathroom was updated and had a nice slate type floor and full tub which is always appreciated. Truly functional blackout curtains allowed us to catch up on sleep.

The location was great. Really central, easy to get to the wharf, Freedom trail and most attractions.

It was costly for a small room. We were there for 4 nights. No room cleaning and had to ask at reception if you wanted fresh towels.
