DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston Bayside

The hotel is located in a convenient location south of Boston Downtown. The room was very clean and bed very comfortable! Loved the contactless check in, digital key, and check out process

the parking lot is across the street and a little far from the hotel entrance. It was raining and it would have been nice to be offered a valet parking service providing the parking fee was high for overnight in a non-downtown location

The hotel was clean throughout. The room was in prime condition. Staff were friendly and helpful, very professional. Very happy with the stay. The location is also great, 5-minute from the subway!

They had a hard time keeping the buffet well stocked. Coffee was empty when I went down at 850 had to ask for it to be refilled. Wasn't refilled until after we were done eating. Several people aggravated by that. Finally got coffee and the creamer was empty. Weren't on top of refilling the hot dishes. Spoons ran out. It was always one more thing to get annoyed at and for the price they charge, $20.95-22 (saw 2 diff prices there) they need to keep up on that better!! Nothing should be empty. They need more help with the breakfast buffet, someone to continually oversee it. The same poor guy that was running the little cafe and was in charge of replenishing and running the buffet as well. Otherwise the food was decent.

Room was super clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Housekeepers were really good about trading me towels every morning and letting us keep our privacy. My husband and I felt very safe, from the moment of our arrival, to the minute we checked out! It was our first time visiting Boston, and if we ever decide to go back, we will definitely consider this place again! The shuttle to and fro the airport was an extra plus!

Not that we didn’t “like” it, but the location was a tad bit inconvenient for us. The subway station is across the street, but on our first morning, we had a bit of and bad experience so we decided to stick with Uber. The comfort and cleanliness of the place made up for it though!

While the last shuttle bus from the airport leaves at 21:30. So if you have a late flight, you may need to go to the hotel by your own. We had to take an Uber which costed us around 50 dollar, not so cheap.

Clean, good communication with staff

The housekeeper threw out a bag if my stuff that wasn't garbage. It had my medication and food in it. (It was like 2ft from garage can. Didn't like that you had to request house keeping to come in and take out garage and exchange towels. Covid isn't a thing anymore. There's no reason why you can't have daily housekeeping.

I was pleasantly surprised from the time we walked in. We were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young man who gave us a warm cookie, bottle of water and made us feel welcome. This location had a hot food counter with a good selection to choose from. A good size room to eat and drink or just relax outside the room. The shuttle service was excellent and I would point out Joel who took us into the city stop and the airport. He remembered our names and and was very helpful with directions to places we wanted to visit. Very polite and careful with our luggage. The 2 day stay was special. Thank You.

Absolutely friendly and helpful staff - especially on the front desk!

Scrambled eggs inedible - not only was prepared by someone who has no idea about cooking even that, it was also kept in a container with a closure, which caused condensation of water vapor and made the matter even worse. Similarly, hot "sausages" - such not tasty stuff have never been served anywhere. A more than meager selection of breads.
