Loved our spacious handicap room Front desk was courteous

$10 breakfast box ridiculous Sanitizer in lobby was empty Lots of people in lobby not wearing masks No walking around area as was busy and highways Didn’t like the mouse in our room Having to chase down housekeeping to get more towels, toilet paper etc as housekeeping wasn’t cleaning rooms or at least not ours

Was greeted upon my initial arrival (2/25 about 9 p.m.). Front desk staff was really friendly and professional. Later called and asked for a late arrival, and the immediate response was a cheerful, "Done!" In the morning when I came down, I was greeted by both people at the front desk. None of these greetings were perfunctory. Rather, each was genuine. Breakfast was terrific. I ordered from the menu, and my server was great, as was the server who brought the food. Nice atmosphere.

There was truly nothing I was bothered by.

Location was extremely convenient. The hotel was in great condition and everything was clean. The staff was very friendly and also greeted us every time we walked through the lobby. We had a great stay!

The only thing we did not enjoy was how early housekeeping started going around to clean rooms. It wouldn't have been much of an issue except they were not very quiet in how they work. It was a very loud thing to hear first thing in the morning especially when traveling for the holiday and sleeping in on some days.

I really liked the environment, the spacious rooms, and location of the hotel. What I didn't like was the fact that rooms were not to be cleaned unless we checked out although I understand the policy is to protect against theft. I suggest, that, cleaning can still be done with the guest in the room perhaps for oversight. I was a little inconvenienced when i had to clean the room or wait longer to get wash clothes and fresh towels. But for these, I loved my stay at the Hilton and will definitely come back when in town.

The staff was great! Originally I was on the first floor and they offered to put me and my girl on fifth floor so we could have more privacy without me asking. The breakfast they made me a vegetable omelette that was amazing. The hot coffee was great. Thanks very much :)

We lost our son's blanket on the way in and one of the staff members picked it up and put it aside. Another staff member took the time to go look for it before we checked out and returned the blanket to us. We were very grateful!

My only negative is that the hot tub was freezing cold and dirty. That was the one thing I was really looking forward to enjoying and couldn't. That really was disappointing.

I didn’t like that booking false advertise the double beds with double room with pictures and it’s not the same at the hotel

The front desk manager was extremely friendly and welcoming. Though my room wasn’t ready until 3, she graciously offered to hold my bag while I ventured out. She also suggested places within walking distance that I could go.

I don’t think that there was anything that I would improve, as far as the room or the facilities go. However, I did buy several snack items from downstairs and I felt the prices were extremely inflated. $3.00 for a regular sized snicker bar is high. I would suggest bringing your own snacks.

The location is very convenient & easy access to restaurants & stores. The room size is okay.

The insolation is not good as I can hear from the hallway & the room close by. It is quite noisy & we were woken up by the screaming in the hallway.

Room was clean and fresh smelling desk personnel was very knowledgeable

Bed was full size I'm 6 feet 4 inches tall I need a queen minimum. I guess I missed the bed size when booking they couldn't move me to different room. I saw a mouse at 235 am in the restaurant / Buffet area
