Great price , good location , staff was very friendly and helpful !!

I needed more time to relax and enjoy the hotel

The hotel is in a great location and was easy to find. However the traffic was very conjested, making it quite difficult to get on the main road. They were doing rentavations in and outside of the building, but it didn't bother me at all because we weren't there during the day anyway. We were on the top floor and the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, which I greatly appreciated. The bathroom only had a shower with sliding glass doors and a huge shower head. The breakfast was awesome! There was a variety of muffins, bagels, bread, yogurt, boiled eggs, waffle maker, orange juice, apple juice, water, scrambled eggs, turkey bacon or plain bacon, sausage gravy, and hot biscuits.

Toilet paper was thin and scratchy. (You should probably bring some of your own.) It took a long time for the fridge to cool my water.

Location was good, we had a suite and it had just be remodeled, size nice. Little crazy with all the remodeling going on but they were very accommodating.

Pool was not open due to remodeling and just having to deal with all the remodeling was a bit annoying.

The rooms were clean. Staff friendly. There was a good variety for breakfast, and it tasted good.

I was not told when I called that there was a $250 deposit for pets along with the $25 per day fee.

It was clean and pet friendly. We like bringing our family pet on vacations and getaways The staff was very helpful with our needs.

I didn’t like that we only had enough towels and wash cloths in the suite for 2 people and it was 4 of us.

Our air conditioner broke and they didn't have a fan for the room. Nobody told us you had to ask for towels, I thought they had housekeeping that refilled everyday but the staff brought towels up within an hour or so.

The location is great. convenient to restaurants and stores. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable and so was the bedding. Bathroom was a decent size. Breakfast was very good. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back !

Breakfast was good. The facility was clean, the coffee good, and there was actually protein offered with the continental breakfast.

The shower control didn't function correctly, it seemed broken although it could still be used. The tub itself was very slick.

The front desk lady was REALLY NICE. I'll definitely will be staying there again, because of her.Mrs Wallace was her name.😊

I didn't like that there was kid's unattended running down the hall early in the morning.

Good location for me, at a good price. Very convenient.

Not a big deal, but there is some noisy construction going on at the hotel (August 2022). I realize that it's temporary and it's intended to make the hotel better. I'll be coming back regardless, but it was a minor annoyance.
