Quality Inn & Suites University/Airport

the location was close to the Louisville Slugger museum, which is why we stayed the night.

when we got there to check in, only at that time did they mention that the elevator and tv were broken. we were on the second level with 2 young kids so we had to haul more up than the average person. they asked if that was ok, and I felt like we didnt have much of a choice, as it was already 8 pm. It would have been nice to know at the time of booking when they usually confirm it incase we weren't ok with the out of service items. we only stayed 1 night so it worked while inconvienent.

I liked the fact they have jacuzzis in the room, a pool, and free breakfast! I really liked the staff there most professional and polite I’ve met in a long time! John was great at the front desk. He immediately welcomed me even as stressed as I was. I was so upset that day I about forgot my car keys and a nice lady staying at the hotel asked if it was my car key and it was thankfully there were good people around me!

I was not happy that there was only 1 role of toilet paper in the room. but it ended up not being an issue only being there 1 night.

The room was spacious w/ a nice fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable also, an overall good stay. The indoor pool looked nice too but April is a little too early for me for pool activities but it was indoors.

Location is kind of in a difficult spot to find if you don't know where you going so thank god for google maps gps service.

Manager, John was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable about the area and was always quick to greet us upon entering and exiting the hotel. John and all of his staff were very hard working and fit their best to meet all the needs of the hotel patrons!

Rooms are a little dated but extremely clean. This was a perfect location for us for an easy drive to the Derby and airport.

Good breakfast. Good location. Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Thank you John. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Microwave, stovetop, & refrigerator.

Old hotel , could use some updating. But accommodations were comfortable with microwave, refrigerator & stovetop.

John at front desk was very friendly. Breakfast was very good, nice variety of food

Hotel is right off the highway but we were coming from the south and needed to drive thru town, it was a bit confusing to actually find our way to it. Leaving and getting back on the highway was much quicker and easier.

The kitchenette was a nice bonus even though I really didn't use it. The table and chairs were better than expected. The person that checked me in was very pleasant and helpful.

I can't really say that I disliked anything. All the hotels I have stayed in lately could do a better job at cleaning but I understand that staffing is still a big issue.

Room next door started playing music loud at 3am. Called desk to complain. Heard the phone ring next door then the people turned the radio louder. Also the pillows weren’t comfortable

The elevator was a little messed up. The lights on some buttons didn't work. And it made a weird aound a few times

My room was clean. Friendly staff. Easy to find. I didn't use pool or other facilities so can't tell you about any of those things.

It's old and a few things could use a little TLC. Cracks on ceiling, hole in bedspread. As long as it's clean none of these things are deal breakers for me.
