Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites London, an IHG Hotel

Breakfast was very good - this was an excellent value for the money

So Impressed!! An "Express Breakfast" was Perfect. We were so pleased that you offered so many different items for breakfast, this is a very important offering that a hotel can give. Most customers are traveling and having a good, healthy many types of offerings are a major plus for any traveler. Offering juices, milk, coffee and tea for drinks alone made a huge difference with our different tastes. A hot and cold option along with healthy choices really made us happy that we didn't have to chose something "fast and unhealthy" as we continued in our travels. The rates were very good as well.

There was no beach!! Hahaha ... there was Nothing we did not like about your facility, our stay, the parking or the location. We will certainly stay at a Holiday Inn Express - IHG in the future

Check in and check out was super easy and fast. We had everything we needed for our short trip.

Breakfast was ok. The pancake machine was not working so my kids were bummed. At check in we were told only one cart available for luggage and it was in use so we had to carry everything in and to our room and same at check out. The air conditioner made a noise constantly but we were only in the room to sleep so we didn’t make a big deal of it.

The property was very clean . The lobby and breakfast areas. Room set up nice and loaded with anything that you may need. My only complaint was that electric sockets did not work in every room. A few in the bathroom would not hold the dryer and same by bed several were unable to hold charger. Even with small inconvenience a very nice property.

The property is generally well maintained. Rooms , lobby and other general areas clean. Nice pool and workout room. Close to major highways and restaurants.

it was clean and it smelled clean.

the front parking lot is small and the adjoining parking lot (big boy restaurant) has parking facing the hotels lot. the cars can pull over the lines easily. The parking in the back is much better.

Nice and easy to get to could have used more parking

Went to the pool and when I jumped in I figured out why nobody else was swimming it was extremely cold. I had to get out very quickly and wife basically walked down the steps to her knees and she got out

The room was clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good.

I was surprised the room didn’t have a hair dryer, thought those were standard but maybe not anymore. The pool was good but had too much chlorine in it. My kids eyes were burning.

The room was clean and the luggage carts were in good shape. We liked the dove products in the bathroom. The room furnishings were modern and there was plenty of space for our luggage. We enjoyed our stay here.

Hotel was very clean. Good breakfast selection.

My only complaint is that housekeeping tried to enter our room at a little after 9AM! Check out is not until 11AM. They knocked on the door twice but wouldn’t respond when we asked who it was. They proceeded to enter our room anyways. We were still in the bed. Housekeeping shouldn’t be bothering rooms with guests in them in the first place.

Breakfast was very good.

We arrived later , parking was all taken except for very back of motel, no lighting, did not make us feel very safe.
