Hotel's location is great. The utilization of the high school building is fun and interesting. My room was very spacious and well equipped. Hotel was exceptionally quiet/empty during my stay.

The front desk staff doesn't arrive until 8. Coffee is available all the time but the "grab-n-go" breakfast leaves something to be desired. No fruit, only pre-wrapped plain bagels (no jam, jelly, peanut butter or cream cheese), and pre-wrapped muffins. The "market" has some options but is locked until the staff arrives. For those on a schedule, there are no good breakfast options. Rooms on the street can get loud. My 001 room was partially underground and street facing. I wasn't able to open the shades as the foot traffic is at eye level - people can look right in.

The property was in a great location and the room was a GREAT size to my surprise. There were nooks and and different areas within the hotel to just sit down and unwind.

I thought the no elevator would be difficult since I was traveling with an older family member but the parking around the building and access to the doors around the building made it a lot easier than we expected.

We were shocked when we walked into the room and there was a full kitchen. The room is large and comfortable with much more than most hotel rooms that cost much more. We were actually sad we weren't staying longer. We definitely plan on coming back!

We stayed in room 101 which is right by the check-in/bar area so we could hear everything going on there. Normally that wouldn't be an issue as we're usually out late. We just happened to be exhausted and turned in early so that's the only reason it was an issue. Still not much of one though. We'll just be sure to request a room further away from the bar next time.

The property was spotless, the room was more like an apartment with high ceilings and modern mid-century style furniture with a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble counter top. The bedroom was separate and very roomy with a walk in closet. They anticipated any and everything you might need or want. Oh and there was plenty of electrical sockets in every room.

There kitchen was not open yet to serve breakfast. However, they did have something to offer. The room doors opened outward which was a bit awkward. The cleanliness, the value and the size of the room out weighted those small in conveniences.

Very unique hotel because it used to be a Catholic High School. Room was huge and bed was very comfortable.

There was a lot of confusion about my reservation. After making my reservation 4 months in advance, the hotel called the morning I was to arrive to tell me that they had water damage in some rooms and, since I had made my reservation the night before (inaccurate), they did not have a room for me. It took several phone calls to get everything figured out and caused a lot of stress.

This is a very unique hotel in an historic property. The rooms are spacious. With the location downtown, the price, the gym and weight room, the experience was wonderful. We stayed four days.

They are not trying to offer an elaborate breakfast by any means. But the coffee pods and other items are available around the clock. Elevators would be nice but it's an old school, so it's understandable.

The entire hotel was like living in my own home ! Housekeeping is Amazing Kudos to all of you!

Every Part of the suite was amazing if I had to say one thing then having a TV inside the bedroom would have been nice but other than that outstanding !

I have sensitivity to chemical odors. The smell from the cleaning materials was so strong and took a couple of days to dissipate. I also like natural light. The windows were very high with shades drawn. One of the staff helped to pull the shades open. On my last night the guest/guests in perhaps an adjoining room played music all night long.

We traveled 10+ hours and were excited to get to the hotel. I stayed there 12 months ago. So when our trip was coming up to go to same area, I already knew we were definitely staying at this hotel again. A plus is that the hotel is surround by local shops and restaurants and were definitely nice to be able to have within walking distance.

I love love love staying at this hotel! When I PCSd here I stayed here shortly until my housing was ready. My family flew in this week for my promotion and they were extremely pleased with the quality of the room for the price! What a pleasant surprise! The rooms are huge, beds are super comfy, bathroom was spacious and clean. The front desk staff was also extremely accomodating!

I just wish that I could have stayed longer!
