Red Roof Inn Indianapolis - Greenwood

The clerk upgraded us to a king spa room which was unexpected and much appreciated. We actually had time to take a jacuzzi before bed and after a long trip, it was very much appreciated. The room was very clean, especially the bathroom. We always rinse out the tub before using it and there was no real need this time, very clean.

Nothing, as usual this location does a great job taking care of its visitors. The clerks are always accommodating and polite, the linens were even cleaner than they have been in the past so there has been improvement. (sometimes you get linens with stains on them, not this time).

it’s pet friendly, and the staff in the office was very nice! The lady did everything she could to make sure we was happy!!!

The bathroom had pubes inside the bath tub, not very clean. The suite room tv kept shutting off by itself, we would be watching tv and the sound would be scratchy and the picture would go off but the sound would still be working.

No breakfast but that seems to be the norm. Nice clean room. No mold and that is great compared to most places we have stayed lately! Rented for 2 nights and they serviced the room the second day which never happens. I tipped for the first time! Very impressed.

Door to bathroom stuck. Breakfast of course. New curtains and bedspread without old burn marks would be good. They are trying to clean things up.

I never noticed that they had much of a breakfast, as many motels don't since the pandemic started. It would have been nice if they had sold newspapers there, or offered USA Today free to guests as many motels do. But room met my needs, staff answered any question I had, so overall it was a good stay.

It would have been nice if newspapers were available on site.

Clean rooms. Beds are comfy. Shower was nice

Had to pay for spa room to.get accommodations during the week. Extra cost for something we did not use. Sheets had stains on them that did not come out in the wash. They do their own laundry at this facility. Could take a bit more care on sheets and towels

Clean. Quiet. Good location for my needs. Comfortable bed and shower. Air Conditioning worked very well considering the heat outside.

No coffee in room. "Turner Classic Movies" not available on the television. :(

Reasonable price. Coffee in room and in lobby plus some packaged muffins and rolls which was all we needed.

Had requested room to be on first floor due to COPD and no elevator. When we checked in we were told we would have to be on the 2nd floor. Front desk was very apologetic about it but apparently someone extended their stay on the 1st floor.

Rooms are clean and up to date.

Outside of building needs a facelift. Also swimming pool needs to be functional. Do not advertise that you have when you don't. Bathroom floors need to have a shower mat not a towel for the floor. Trust me I know how that slip hurts.

They need to disclose better for people who cannot read tiny tiny fine print and not hide it deep inside to find print did they charge a extra $75 deposit when you get there I still have not received my deposit back

Nice newly updated room. Plenty of outlets for all the things I need to charge.

That booking com has insisted I pay them rather than the property. I can't get any itemized bill at check out which throws my expense account off.
