The hot tub was unavailable and the air conditioning unit in Room 222 sounded like something was wrong. It worked but was very noisy when the air would come on.

It is nice when hotel rooms also include a comfortable chair for sitting (not just a desk chair); this room did not. ' The hotel does not have an elevator.

The location for breakfast was good, except when the front door opened and let in the cold air. The breakfast itself was great for my husband, but not as good for me, because I have to live wheat free/gluten free. The only eggs available were on a wheat sandwich, so I couldn't eat it.
I needed eggs that weren't on wheat.

Loved how friendly the staff was. They tried to go out of their way to take care of our needs.
There was no elevator. Elevators are really a must in hotel/motels. One person in our group was on oxygen and one walks with a cane and we were on the second floor. I didn't even think an elevator wouldn't be available.

The staff was so helpful! We are relocating from out of state and they had great insights about the area. The area was quiet and the room was clean and comfortable. My son loved the pool and the work out room.
