Facility was excellent no problem with the facility just have issues with Booking. Com and their charges that were not as described. Paid more than was originally told.
Would of been better off in the end just booking through hotel and not using Booking.com. I was charged more than original quote and issue with booking dates when all I was doing was extended my stay. Cost more to use this service in the end would of saved if I just walked up to the hotel counter and extended my stay through hotel instead of using a service I thought saved money but infact charged more. The hotel itself was excellent.

The staff were nice and breakfast was good.
Our room had an unclean toilet. Meaning a turd was already in it. And we found a dirty sock in the room also. Other than that, the beds were made and clean and so was the rest of the bathroom.

We were 12 hours from home . Mom came down sick and they let us check in early and gave her the 1st room off the office so she didn't have to walk far .2nd shift worker was very pleasant and help with all ourr needs .

The location near Target 🎯 and Henderson St. is good.

Galesburg is a small town so location isn't a big factor but it was ideal for my requirements. The room was quiet and comfortable.
Not really a dislike but noticed the bathtub was slow to drain. Meant to say something when I checked out but forgot.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was amazing. My room was clean and the perfect size. I also liked the location as it was close to many food choices, gas and shopping if needed.

The front. Desk person was friendly. The room was clean and the pillows were great. The bed was comfortable. We were close to shopping and places to eat although we didn't get a chance to check the shopping out.
The room was clear at the end of the hall away from the elevator. I'm disabled but couldn't afford the extra cost for a room for the disabled. We were in town for a funeral.
