Kid friendly, and nice decor gave a new experience to the name hotel

The parking. Walking a block to your car is kind of a inconvenience. We did it with ease but like who wants too

Everyone was very friendly. With the exception of front desk supervisor, she was quite rude when we asked a question about parking.

Absolutely ZERO hotel parking. Had to find a spot in the street and had to keep paying the meter until it was “after hours”

This is a newer Aloft, it was nice and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Though it is newer, the king room has been redesigned and is now much smaller than the older style Alofts. Even the bed seemed smaller. It was also set up for one person - one towel, one bottle of water. The bar was barebones, only Budweiser beers were stocked in bottles (I know, it's St Louis 🙂). The bartender was new, didn't even know what a white Russian was... but he was really nice. We had a great stay, I would recommend this place.

what I liked about the property was that the staff were so courteous and caring. i had a mishap in my room and they got me a different one and gave me complimentary breakfast. i didn’t have to pay for parking like i thought so that was good. maybe because it was the weekend so check first. the maintenance guy was sweet too & very helpful. I got into a car accident while visiting and Kathy & Courtney took such good care of us. I’ll never forget them ❤️ i loved the steamer in the room too! I’ll have to get me one.

what i didn’t like was the lack of employees so it makes it hard for the ones that are there which then makes it harder on the guests. the breakfast menu could be a lot better.. the eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, instant oatmeal, waffle maker, cereal.. the basics are all that are needed. also, a HOT TUB IS NEEDED. expeditiously

The staff was great and the cleanliness of the facility made us more comfortable staying there. The gym and pool were good quality for a hotel. We liked the extra touch of having board games in the lobby.

The only complaint we have was the lack of parking. Our only 2 options were to either park in the street or pay a daily fee for valet parking. For a brand new hotel with such high quality staff and facilities the lack of parking seems like a major oversight.

Loved the facility and the room. The desk workers were amazing and very welcoming. Room was clean and loved the layout. Would definitely stay here again..

I already knew about the parking situation, so it wasn't a surprise. The experience would have just been better with a different parking situation. With that being said, the shuttle drivers were great and 24 hours!

I liked the layout of the room and the darkening shade on the window was a huge plus. The room was spotlessly clean and everything worked well. I was only there for 1 night so did not get use the pool and fitness center but they did look nice

The light switches are a bit confusing at first but the idea of turning off 1 master switch when leaving the room actually made sense. The switch for the lights on each side of the bathroom mirror was hard to find. It is a small switch on the bottom right hand side of the mirror. That is the only light not connected to the Master switch at the door. At first I thought there was no way to turn it off which would have really irritated me, but i found it and all was OK

The staff and spaces were lovely! The location in town was really nice as well, and the coffee shop just a block away was great every morning for breakfast! Get the grab and go from Northwest Coffee roasters, and enjoy the walk over there!

Great all around except for parking, but the street parking was easy enough to figure out and saved a lot of money over valet parking!

It was very modern. Rooms were bright and we loved the styling.

There seemed to be a water leakage issue. There were trash cans catching leaks in the lobby and water came in our room through a leak in the air conditioner. It didn’t affect our stay. We threw down towels and requested fresh ones.
