Unique Suites Hotel

I stayed there after my father's burial. I need access to a computer and the staff was fantastic at all levels of my stay which was extended. If I could come up with a word better than fantastic I would. The breakfast in the morning was 5 star and had many options. I wouldnt stay anywhere else even if my business was within a 50 mile radius. Sincerely Donald R. Garrett the attached photo is of medical records I had to go through of my Father's. Even with the emotional stress of burying my father, I looked forward to returning to my room for the room and the kind and wonderful staff

Very nice lobby, bar and restaurant . Bonus 10% off on food and non alcoholic drinks in the bar or restaurant. Beautiful out door pool and fire pit patio area with poolside service.

I did not like the upper room having to haul my bags up the stairs, room was very clean and nice but a little small and very small toilet not met for a chunky person like myself lol oh and definitely need bigger trash cans is a must.

I liked the breakfast but it was the same for the three days I ate there. It would be nice if they could add different options each day.

It snowed heavy the night I arrived. Someone was scrapping the snow off the wood steps and deck (above my room) at 4:00 in the morning. It was loud and woke me up.

Location was on the main street through town. It was easy to find and had a bar in the lobby for a nightly cocktail. Staff was friendly.

They were doing construction on the wing we were staying in and the noise was horrible during the day. Sink drained very slowly. WiFi didn't work in our wing and they couldn't tell us why

Hotel was very comfortable. They put a lot of work into it and it paid off. Looks great!! The price match expectations question, answer the price I paid I expected worse. But was very pleasantly surprised. This is my go to place when coming through the area again.

well maintained and friendly staff

I asked for the feather bedding to be removed due to allergies. while checking in, I double checked with front desk and she said they had removed it. when getting into bed, I realized the down duvet was still on the bed as well as 1 down pillow. I tried calling front desk but there was no answer. There were no other blankets in the room to use.

I prefer hotels like this which have a restaurant and/or lounge on premise. A little pricey, but overall enjoyable.

Not a huge fan of external room access, but not a huge issue. Minor maintenance issues were noted, but also not an issue.

We always enjoy our stay. The pool is a great way to spend sometime after moving our daughter into school. Tried the hotel restaurant this time and it didn't disappoint.

We had to exchange our keycards twice as they malfunctioned. But the staff helped us with the problem and never gave us a problem.

We love the location. Its so close to the university.

It’s definitely not typical for this hotel, but my bathroom toilet was filthy upon arrival. We have never had a problem in our prior stays there.

They were paving the parking lot. The smell of asphalt was in our room. The staff took good care of us and moved us to a different room. the lobby was beautiful, breakfast was very good and room was clean.
