Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott Atlanta Suwanee

Staff was very attentive,polite,had some unusual requests by this particular Fairfield Inn. Delivered negative message with a smile. Hang a parking permit on the window. Make you sign waiver that any decision company made concerning adding extra charge... you had to pay with no recourse. Kinda hostile to your customers.. Threatening punishment prior to expectation that your customer wouldn't comply. It's not grade school!

Hostile Policies of the local management at this fairfield Inn... treating 100% of their customers as if they wouldn't adhere to the published rules. Pitiful... but looks like the way our society is heading. As a whole management doesn't want to deal with those that are the exception. They want to cost dollar average by blanketing the entire customer base.

Everything about the hotel was IMPECCABLE. The minute we stepped into the hotel we knew that it was a clean one because it did not use air freshner to cover up dirty smells, fresh air only. The rooms were excellent, no complaints. The cleaning service was on point. Last but definitely not least the breakfast service was outstanding, the food was always hot and full of flavor and the breakfast caterer always had a warming and beautiful smile; she also had a beautiful island accent that simply complimented her personality. I will definitely revisit and also refer others. IMPECCABLE AND NO COMPLAINTS!!!!

The front desk staff offered superb customer service. After checking in I had to go back to my car to retrieve some items. Upon returning to my room I could get back in. The battery on the door to access the room was bad and I couldn't get in the room. The gentleman working the front desk upgraded my room to a suite and also gave me a discount for my inconvenience. Check out is at 12 noon. I wasn't going to be ready so I called the front desk for a late check out. The lady working the front desk was super nice and professional in her appearance and the way she addressed me. She was very personable and addressed me by my name. She made me feel like I was a VIP guest.

The elevator was broken. It was annoying to constantly hear it open and close. The room was extremely clean but the furniture was a little outdated. The toilet was too low to the ground.

We had the king bed room. It was spacious for two guests. This was our first hotel stay during the pandemic so it was an adjustment. The staff was pleasant. We did have to request a few items like toiletries and wash cloths.

The first room that we were given reeked of pot, the property had an air cleaner in the room trying to freshen up. I don’t fault the property for this though, just the irresponsible guests. The front desk did switch our rooms and even called to see if the new room was to our satisfaction!

The location and the staff were great! The room was huge and the bathroom was clean. Overall, the hotel was very quiet and my boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay.

My only issue was trying to purchase water after hours. Around 3/4am I went to purchase bottles of water, but no one was present and there weren’t any signs explaining how to pay for items after hours. Also, I thought a staff member stayed on duty over night, but no one was there. I called and rung the bell for almost 10mins to make sure.

Everything was nice . Staff was nice and it was clean all through out the building. The best hotel I’ve ever been at . I will definitely come back to stay. They also serve breakfast with variety of food.

Just the smell of the room other than that nothing else.

King room, no microwave in room. For rate would expect each room to have one, not just suite

This property was exceptional. We had a great time and didn’t have to worry about anything. The staff were professional, and very friendly.

Very comfortable. The staff was friendly, breakfast was nice. Turkey or pork sausage, omelet, toast cereal, yogurt.
