it was a one night stay and was right off I75 very convenient to get to as we were traveling through, great staff very helpful and the breakfast was better than most we have had in hotels in the pass

The room was absolutely AWESOME!! Loved the layout. The separate "water closet" was really great to have! From the welcoming staff, to the fantastic breakfast, inside swimming pool, and workout room with the music going this Springhill Suite location has aced it!! Who could ask for anything more!! Oh yes, it is conveniently located near a fantastic shopping mall. We're thinking about coming back again, just to enjoy the hotel and the shopping!!

On this visit, the bathroom floor seemed to have been waxed - was quite slippery. Went to the front desk, reported this, and asked that it be taken care of but no one came. This is the only reason I didn't give it a 10.

I absolutely love the room and the way they separate the toilet from the shower. The king suite is so spacious to include a desk and seating area with a couch that doubles as an additional bed. The location is close to shopping and dining. The breakfast has so many choices!!! The indoor pool is huge and the exercise room was very nice. This hotel will be kept as my #1 choice for the macon area.

We did utilize the pool, however the water was slightly cloudy and the water wasn't cold but I wouldn't necessarily consider it heated. The pool may need a little attention. I can't think of anything else I didn't like!

From the warm and sincere greeting as soon as you enter the lobby, to the very comfortable room with its unique layout, to the 'just right' inside pool to the outstanding breakfast (and I almost forgot the workout room; I didn't use it but it had a good variety of equipment with music to keep you going)- it was a fantastic place to stay!!

Only one thing - the bathroom floor was very slippery. It wasn't wet - it was slippery. Told the front desk but nobody ever came to check it out. Ultimately used towels to manually wipe the floor so it wasn't slippery.

My weddings and events planning team and I was in town for a wedding and we stayed here. From making online reservations, to check-in, to breakfast and check out was amazing. The staff was helpful with a list of local place to grab dinner. And to have hot breaks was the best. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. I give you 5 stars.

The property was awesome! The room was perfect for us! We had two queen beds and a pullout for 3 adults and 3 kids. Such a great value! The room and whole facility was super clean. The pool area was also well kept. Staff was nice and check-in process quick and easy. The breakfast was delicious, a large selection, something for everyone. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Had trouble getting through to the front desk via phone, so I had to walk down there. Our shower had not been restocked with shampoo and conditioner. There were also only 2 towels in our suite that slept 6. However staff was quick to fix these issues.

The male worker got me tissue, helped with ice when hands were full. He was very professional.

At check in, front desk clerk sat down in lobby with her boyfriend for an hour before getting me a room. Hugged him when he left very unprofessional. He was on the job and left his government vehicle running the entire hour I waited for my room. I parked next to him. Tax dollars at work. All her focus was on him until he left. I always stay there been staying there for atleast 7 years. But more now since fiancee works in Macon.

The staff, the shower, amd the bed were all great.

The stains on the sofa, the toilet was dirty and the weird ugly partial sink with old caulking felt like a gas station bathroom. The second part of the bathroom was nice and has a great shower, sink and mirror. May do better to just break the wall to upgrade, join and extend the bathrooms. The toilet side needs to be upgraded or removed. It is really weird.

It was very stylish and cozy in lobby and in a room. Personal was nice also. They have a nice soft bed and pillows and big couch.

The air conditioning was right under the window, by the bed and it was very windy. For fans of such conditions will be great)) And there was no soap in bathroom. Maybe I should ask for one. Not sure if they have. But in shower they have big bottles of everything.

Spacious rooms, courteous staff. Breakfast options were good

I was told my room would be cleaned every other day. Did not happen. I had to empty my own trash and ask for clean towels.
