Hampton Inn Atlanta Kennesaw

Absolutely everything! This accommodation hits every mark for the price point. We could not have asked for a better experience. Convenience, comfortable beds, clean linens, the right amount of pillows. SUPER CLEAN! Large room, lovely furnishings, fluffy towels, perfect shower, quiet. Not a bit of dirt anywhere. Walked barefoot across the floors with not a speck of anything clinging to the bottom of my feet. We were more than pleased and impressed.

There was not one problem or issue. Everything hits the mark. The only thing we would add is a microwave in the room and a soda machine on each floor.

Location was great staff very nice. Breakfast was good and just what we needed.

we had a double bed room and one of the beds was on some sort of metal box and the springs were very loud and squeaky. Our 10 year old son slept on that bed so it didn’t bother us too much since he sleeps pretty still. It was just to sleep for the night as we were passing thru so we just dealt with it for the night. The handle on the shower is also coming off and needs to be repaired or replaced.

The breakfast was good and they had enough for everyone. The indoor pool was great my son had a great time and my family loved the fact that it was indoor.

Didn't understand why there was no microwave in our room was told that they were taken out due to the covid Era and that just didn't make any sense to me and had to go down to the lobby to warm up our food.

Clean, comfortable

The Breakfast staff seemed like they weren’t paying attention to their guests. ie OJ wasn’t filled early in a.m. even when she was told it was empty; it still was quite the wait. The oatmeal was so thick you could even stand up the large serving spoon in it. When requested to have hot water added to it to thin it out….that even took a lengthy time to complete.

We stopped due to the location (about 40 seconds off the interstate) and across from a Cracker Barrel (bonus points!). The facility looked very new and updated. From the moment we walked in we were pleased- lobby was very aesthetically pleasing and front desk staff was kind and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and bathroom was well stocked for our short stay. There was grab and go breakfast (cereal, yogurt, granola bars, fruit and muffins) and coffee to send us on our way.

If you are a light sleeper, be aware that you will hear interstate noise all throughout the night. Not a huge issue for us, but something to consider!

Exceptional exceptional exceptional. Would highly recommend. The friendly staff was immediately available for check in and check out. Our room and the hotel was SPOTLESSLY clean. Kudos to housekeeping!! Beds were super comfortable with soft fresh linens. Breakfast was delicious. Located in a safe area with free parking and easy access to the highway. All this for a fair reasonable price! We will be back!!!

Price…Almost didn’t book due to the price as my budget was $120-140, with all the extra fees ended up being $169 but I read all the great reviews and decided I wanted to experience a great hotel.

Very clean we'll kept super friendly front desk employee. Very pleased. The breakfast offerings could have been better though it was complimentary.

Price should have been lower for a single Sunday night. We went thru booking. Com because it was cheaper and the hotel rez desk was incompetent.

Hotel was nice & convenient location

There was something on the wall that looked like blood, we took pictures of that. We got stuck in the elevator because of it not being properly marked as to which floor was the first one, we kept pushing 1R but apparently that was for housekeeping to get off of the rear of the elevator, my friend nearly passed out because of the fear of being stuck, this needs to be more clearly marked. I also have not recieved the $40 charge back on to my credit card but we left everything clean. Would like to know when I'll have that money back that they say is charged for incidentals. I've never had a hotel charge me an additional charge & then say I'll get it back at the end. Where is it ?

Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Our bathroom had a "barn style" sliding bathroom door that really didn't close, even when closed. About a 1" gap all around the door. Not sure if all the rooms have them.
