Best Western Plus Dalton Inn

the breakfast good in what was served, no protein bacon or other on the weekend , no fruit either fresh or cut up like melons grapes nor whole fruit . We missed the availability of it . our bed was on the soft side to old maybe and it moved around very easily even when sitting down or getting in it . if you bumped or leaned on it the whole bed slid or moved We still like your hotel and would like to see a little lower costs per nights of stay especially on non holiday dates your staff is helpful polite and enjoyable thank you

Breakfast was perfect; done properly and good selection and variety. The location was great; easy to find and the town the hotel is located in is not too busy. The hotel seems to have just gone through a refurbish, so, everthing seemed clean and new.

The hotel may have just been re-furished, so, there were some items due to that, that I thought were a bit sketchy; the smell of paint and wallpaper glue were intense in the hallways and the fit and finish of items in the room restrooms were lacking; I seriously thought I was going to break the shower head right off when I was adjusting it; it was so loose; the faucet in the tub had tons of caulk around it, I’ve never actually seen that before; whoever did the plumbing install in the building was a hack; the hotel should request money back for shoddy worksmanship, IMO.

Alicia, was terrific, awesome customer service! Friendly, professional and went the extra mile! After an unfortunate booking disaster with Quality Inn and Suites, I rebooked with Booking.com and then showed up 5 minutes later, they had 2 rooms, the first wasn't ready. When she set up the second room she discounted my stay for the inconvenience. What a tremendous relief to have great service and the Best Western Plus is now a hotel I will look for when I travel.

The breakfast was great. It helped us start the day off right and keep us going. The beds and pillows were super comfortable. Quiet rooms. The only issue we had was with the shower curtain letting water out onto the floor next to the shower head.

Everything was great. Food, service, beds. Not anything we didn’t like, just minor things needing improved. Mostly the shower curtain, so it would prevent water leaking

Breakfast was good and staff was helpful.

You can hear traffic going down the expressway 24/7 while in the room. If you are a light sleeper this may keep you awake. Outside doors, such as the one to the pool, would not work with room keys. This was not an isolated problem as people were holding doors open with rocks to keep from having to walk all the way around to the front of the hotel to enter.

Room was spacious and very comfortable as advertised. Breakfast, including the coffee latte, was way beyond expectation for this type of facility. Good parking was readily available even though hotel was sold out.

Minor issue, shower in accessible room needs a hose rather than a single showerhead.

Because we were in Dalton during some kind of baseball tournament (we were driving home from Florida). The price of the hotel was a lot more expensive than we had anticipated. I double checked the price for other, non holiday Saturdays and found the price to be approximately $100.00 cheaper.

I was charged for two night when I stayed only one night -125.00 and change- I spoke to Toni at the property and she said they will refund us the money but needed u to refund me since it’s a third party- can you please credit my account - Toni said to call if you need anything - I hope to resolve this matter quickly

Arrived at 3 am. We were able to check-in with no issues. The later check-out 12pm let us grab a rest before we headed to Nashville. Staff was extremely helpful. Our rooms were clean and quite.

Shower/tub was set up behind a door that opened inward. Little tricky (unsafe) getting in and out. Design could have been better for this area.

Nice dining area, quiet rooms, clean gym, laundry onsite.

The outside doors didn’t work with room key entry, small pool, wanted to charge an early check-in fee—came back at 3:00pm and the room wasn’t ready.
