INN at GREEN ST

I like how the living area was separate from the bedroom. It accommodated our family of 6 (kids between 9 & 13) well. The pool was indoors and heated! The staff had great turnaround time for room request. No problems or issues during our stay.

The bathroom showers needs a deep cleaning or remodeling. The lower part of the walls were really dirty. Also breakfast was not that great. Plan accordingly 😌

I liked the spaciousness of the room. Even though I was a solo traveler, I had the option to be in the bedroom area to unwind and watch TV or sit in the sitting area up front with another TV and enjoy my meal. I read other reviews and some of the things they were nitpicking about wasn't that crucial for me. Staff was very welcoming and courteous when I checked in and checked out. It actually looked like the pictures on the website, which is always a plus for me! Overall, I'd stay there again.

The breakfast was subpar. It was good to know that it was free, but it was nothing to rave about. However, you do have nearby restaurants like Craker Barrel and IHOP if you really have to get breakfast.

I liked breakfast feel you need to add fruit to the menu, location was good.

We loved the breakfast and the one who checked me in named Wanda was great. She answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.

The pool was closed. Apparently they are becoming a Marriott and they are doing away with the pol. Was very disappointing as it was advertised on the website. However I missed the very small print that said it was closed. Not cool at all. I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool so my teenagers would have something to do while there.

The staff was super nice and the place is such a beautiful building. The beds were comfy. Ours squeaked every move we made but it was ok. We only had 3 towels but went down and they gave us plenty more. Beds were clean. Nice big tv's in both sitting room and bedroom. Only 1 remote for both tho.

If the housekeeping doesn't start doing a better job that place will go down hill FAST. It was clean but barely clean. Dust on everything. Floors sticky whole time we was there. Carpets need cleaned. Elevators had same spots on them whole weekend. Nice big breakfast but food was not good and pancake machine wasn't on. My husband has been to prison n he said it's same food they serve there. For 150.00 a night I want real eggs and gravy and sausage. Not powder.

The hotel was super clean and modern. The two female staff members were very nice!

We chose this hotel because it has an inside pool and we booked the reservations online it never stated the pool was closed. We didn't find that information out until we checked in and the guy who was our check-in staff was nonchalant about it. He didn't apologize or anything he acted as if who cares.

The Staff was great and warm welcoming and the bed here is very comfortable also pillows . Breakfast was good and the breakfast room is very spacious so you wouldn’t have to worry about any be being in your space and there’s a nice sitting area.

I had a little issues with my room it could be a little bit more cleaner and sanitary. Although the bed was comfortable. Just showered and look to clean and there was no tissue. It was tissue from the previous person who stayed in the room already used. certain stuff was broken I had to go down to talk with someone from front desk.

I liked the location and the staff. They were very helpful and friendly. The rooms and bathroom are very spacious. It's very homely. I loved the breakfast area.

I can tell the property is a little bit older. The furniture is a little dated but they were working on the building while we were there.

I loved the location and the price. The rooms were spacious and decorated beautifully. The AC worked better than any place I've stayed in a while, loved it!! My mini suite was like a small apartment and I will be a repeat customer when traveling in that area. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I needed just a little more lighting in the common living area. That's not a complaint just my personal preference but for the space lighting was adequate.

The breakfast was great along with the coffee. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that was running the kitchen because she was so very nice, helpful just an all around great person! My wife and I enjoyed talking with her! The room was clean and comfortable. We both were completely satisfied!

The only thing we didn’t like was it was a little too noisy late in the night but it was other guests. It was not anything you all did. We were still able to sleep.
