excellent place just perfect

on the picture of my room description had a balcony facin the ocean when got there it was not available if you have a room description you should get that room

location on the beech front but access was limited because of storm damage I am sure this will be sorted in due course the view outside was great it was nice to look out of the window and see the sea

the lack of a safe in the unit and not all doors were working properly but we over looked this fact because of the recent storms and I am sure these issues will be dealt with in time

Interesting would be, for the next booking, how to reach that hotel from the airport MCO or even Daytona the easiest way. We found out there is no need of a car to wait outside the hotel the whole day without using it. A shuttle or at least an idea for the next visit would be good. Sounds of waves every second plus good restaurants in the middle of an existing regular city was just perfect. There are smaller and older buildings which make it quiet and nicer than a loud main street. Sand, water and people around plus staff were very good. Very good first visit.

Was able to accommodate 12 people easily. Clean and comfortable.

I would like to see lockable gates between the upper levels instead of fixed bars. That way if you are traveling as a group you have the ability to walk thru instead of having to go up and down step’s constantly.

Location was excellent. We were right on the beach. Kiddie pool and regular pool are also excellent. The full kitchen is a great feature (microwave, oven, stove top, full refrigerator with freezer).

The TVs are tiny (26" TVs). I would also provide more pillows. The pullout sofa might only be tolerable for small children. Apartment really only sleeps 4 adults.

It had good beach access and pool/hot tub.

Not the best bedding/amenities. There was a large family/group that overwhelmed the pool area and grills. The unit we stayed in did not have a beach view even though the booking listed it as a beach view.

We were right on the beach, which was great. the view was breathtaking everything about it was wonderful. We would love to go back....

the building was built a while back so the master bedroom could have been bigger and the bed could have been bigger. Just like a queen or KING bed

Location wonderful; rooms clean and organized. Supplies more than adequate. Beach access great.

Only stayed for 3 days and unfortunately a family of four with loud children were right next to us. Very difficult to sleep at night. Would recommend putting the families in another building from the elders. Also had serious trouble getting a person on the phone before arrival. I now have a direct number to call the front desk. Otherwise we loved it.

The location, the whole pool and patio and beach access were wonderful. And close to other family members staying there. Two bathrooms were great!

The beds were somewhat uncomfortable, from lots of use, which we understand, but you asked.
