We like everything about staying at this hotel. We always look forward to our stay here on our way to FL two times each year. This hotel has extraordinary employees that provide great customer service. We always request a ground floor room and they have always been able to provide. The outdoor pool is a plus that we enjoy during the day and the bed is extra comfortable at night. Great facility, wonderful free hot breakfast, everything is clean, rooms are spacious with a small kitchenette area. Our favorite place to stay!!

I love that the staff was able to accommodate us at the rate we were supposed to have gotten through our Booking.com reservation. Booking sent a confirmation email to me, but it apparently was not communicated to the hotel, as they did not show a reservation for us in their system. It was embarrassing, but the hotel graciously worked out it. They only had a room because of a cancelation.

Booking.com failed us because the reservation was not confirmed with the hotel. It was a game weekend, and most hotels were booked and already over priced. We were fortunate that there was one cancelation or i don't know what we would have done. Didn't like the big price of the hotel in the small city.

I love the look and layout of the lobby. The employees were so kind and helpful. My room was wonderful; clean, well stocked, Neutrogena products and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was hot and fresh with lots of variety and check out was smooth. They also seemed to be prepared for the coming tropical storm/hurricane. I believe there was a huge portable generator on site. I would recommend this Hotel to everyone.

I didn't like the fact that locals have to pay such a big up front deposit.$250!!!!!! I feel that locals should get a discount for putting money back into the local economy.

Very friendly front desk staff. The room was spacious and very clean. The shower was a decent size and I liked that it was enclosed with sliding doors instead of a curtain.

The only thing that we didn't like was our room smelled like bleach. Made our eyes water. It lessened once A/C was turned in for a while.

Breakfast was the best i have encountered at an interstate focused hotel. Omelette was well cooked, oatmeal, cereals, bagels, quite the spread. The hotel was advertised as pet friendly, as was pet friendly, albeit for a cost.

not much to criticize, well lit, felt safe, easy access, quite for a room off the interstate.

Plenty of parking and a security attendant on a golf cart checking the lot made everyone feel better about the luggage we didn't take up to the room. The staff was friendly and greeted me as I walked through the door instead of waiting for me to be all the way to the desk. The rooms were clean and sealed with a breakaway sticker at the door showing no one had entered after cleaning.

No complaints. This hotel was a nice value for the money and exceeded expectations.

Rooms were very clean and the staff were all extremely helpful. The amenities in the room were nice... appliances, etc. The free breakfast was very nice. Good selection, including some healthy options.

Too close to the highway. Lots of road noise throughout the night, especially from transport trucks

Ask when we checked out to pay cash and was charged both rooms on credit card. We were supposed to pay separately. Was told that a note was not put on the file so they charged the card.

The room was very clean and comfortable! Beds were comfy! Located next to interstate so good for travelling. Staff was lovely! Nice area to walk pets.

I would have liked a stove top.

Breakfast was okay; would be nice to have eggs and bacon self serve option.

Dog friendly hotel comes with barking dogs left unattended.
