Courtyard by Marriott Miami Homestead

Check-in procedure was easy and satisfying. The rooms were clean and met our expectations. Parking directly in front of the hotel was free. A low-traffic WiFi-connection was free to use, a more powerful connection was available for 5$. The area around the hotel was calm and clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was great besides some irritations regarding the ordering process in the restaurant where they got some things wrong, but we could fix that problem really fast and the guys at the bar were very friendly. So not really a negative thing here.

The staff was exceptional!! Rick Sullivan the food and beverage manager went out of his way to make us feel welcome and to make our Anniversary special!! He spoke with us every single day and made sure we were having a great time, we left there feeling like we were leaving family. We will definitely be back!! The hotel was very clean and beautiful and the room was very clean and comfortable. We highly recommend this hotel!! Thank you Rick and all of the staff at Courtyard by Marriott in Homestead FL.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We were very happy with our stay.

Staff, Location, Price, and room were excellent Staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for where my sister lives. And price was excellent.

Unfortunately, I was going to iron my shirt and when I lifted the Iron there was a German Cockroach still alive sitting on the holder. I had to kill the roach. I left inside the of a paper napkin and was going to show the staff but I forgot and the cleaning lady ended up throwing it out.

T he hotel staff,including room service personnel,was friendly and professional. It was very clean and maintained .

We were disappointed that we had to pay extra for breakfast, plus breakfast was very expensive. (39 dollars per meal). There was no mouthwash or other little extras like makeup remover packs, toothpaste (the little extra touches that makes hotels extra convenient). Also there was no extra blanket. Otherwise it is a beautiful place.

The location was perfect near my husband's family home. The staff was lovely. We ate dinner in the dining room and I found my meal to be not up to the standard, but my cocktail was fantastic!

My meal in the bistro was overcooked and the salad was wilted and very small. I was not happy that you didn't have automatic housekeeping everyday. My husband is disabled and we were in a handicap accessible room so logically speaking we should have had housekeeping everyday. But I had to ask for it and we didn't have it the day before we left but I decided not to ask for it. I felt that was important for my husband's health.

Beds were ok, shower was huge, had plenty of towels. Safe area we left our boat in a parking spot while we went out exploring the keys and it was there when we returned. Much cheaper staying here to visit the keys with easy access. Would stay again for location.

A/C wasn’t the greatest, got double/queen beds asked for king. We requested a king room and were told our request had been approved but still ended up with two double/queens. Air conditioner was not the greatest, didn’t get as cool as we would have liked

It is spotless, so clean and well taken care of. I can't say enough about the staff. Due to the storm we had to leave Naples Fl. As time went on, I asked to extend our stay a few times and everyone worked to keep us safe and aa warm shower and place to sleep. I can't thank you ll enough you're a great group.

This was such an amazing venue with many local amenities to the extent that I would look forward to visiting again. The Staff, particularly the one who checked us in, was absolutely pure class, never failing to acknowledge us when we came in and out.

Nothing it is an exceptional place to stay and the Staff make it perfect.

Property is conveniently located in a very nice area.

The refrigerator in room 420 (and maybe all our design this way) kept going out. I needed to continue to press the button to keep it running and it’s small. The shower needs to be improved with the flow (Maybe just a new shower head).

I had to pick up a friend unexpectedly at the Homestead Hospital ER and needed a room very last minute. I was delighted to see how close the Marriott was in a city I was not familiar with and at night. I could see it from the ER as I booked it on my phone! A very good rate and a place to get good, healthy food (and wine!) in the lobby at the Bistro. The staff was so very nice, polite, and accommodating. Room was lovely (especially the big shower). Loved that the free wifi had no annoying sign-in or passcode, and the free parking right outside my room. Made a stressful trip that much easier.

The ONLY negative is the coffee set-up in the room. SO many disposables to make a cup of coffee.
