Plaza Hotel Fort Lauderdale

Room 104 was excellent 👌 front desk staff were great. Shout out to Nicole and the rest of team

The first room we got with was room 200 was poorly but the front desk staff quickly gave us another room

The Location was ok

The Hotel Reception lobby area laminate flooring was coming apart. The bedroom walls floor bathroom floor and shower towels were extremely durty. The laminate flooring in the bed room was has if the had some flooding and the flooring was swelling and coming apart very badly. We sat down in the hotel lobby and we got our bag stolen by one of the guess who was very toccicated. We got our bag back. The hotel was told by the taxi driver when leaving the hotel on arrival couldn't spend 1 night there was for the homeless. The pic the use to advertised the hotel must be a very old phote when hotel was just open. I wouldn't recommend. I honestly think booking.com should remove this hotel from there page. My daughter and myself didn't feel safe in that hotel.

The room was clean The bed was comfortable The bathroom was spotless There is a good hot and cold water pressure I got lucky I had a microwave in room #237

I got that room the staff gave me a room without a coffee maker but with a broken TV, another room I was offered had no refrigerator, so the place appears to be dysfunctional, hallways are trashed by guests but staff doesn't bother to clean it up

The place was nice. It was nothing wrong with it but I wish the floors had a little bit more lighting. It was kind of dark on the second floor.

The outside of the pool it was OK but I wish they had a bar where we could have drinks and stuff. That was the only thing that was wasn’t including my stay didn’t really have towels. We had to wait like 3 to 4 hours for towel it was not right to wait that long but I enjoy myself anyway.

I liked that the room was spacious and clean, and we felt safe here. Most importantly we loved the staff. Jay, the manager, Justin the head of security, and other gracious staff who helped with the remote (technically challenged, haha) were all exceptional.

We needed a place to stay and this fit the bill. There isn’t anything that stands out as a negative.

Didn't realize there was a holding fee for the room

I really like the front desk staff they were friendly they were nice. They know how to hold a conversation with the customers they make you feel at home.

The rooms could use a little bit more cleaning the bathtubs can be changed but overall you’re doing your best everything takes time

Friendly guy on reception! Really liked him. I was honest and told him, for rating 4/10 I didnt expect this. Our room was nice, clean, and not stinky after couple of hotels we used in Florida. I would give it 7, or even 8. Maybe our room was exception, but cant tell.

The service was unique, the workers were very nice an friendly; the room are very nice; i like everything about staff, the hotel speak for its self i just love the plaza hotel for everything. Thats why i choose to come back. God spare my life am going to be back again. Its does hurt me when i leave the hotel to return home, because i don't want leave, the plaza hotel is my home.

I don't have nothing much to say about this question, the only thing was poor about my room it wasing no towel in the bathroom thank God i bring my wash towel to dry of an wash my body, we step out friday morning, the time we got back because we get back kindness of late, the sheet did'nt change, no clean towel in the bathroom, the garbage is still in the room. They ask we needed any room service.that the only thing that we didn't like, at lease they could have said somthing so we could be comfortable in the room. But the plaza hotel is still me home. The good times an the bad times its still my home.
