Element Fort Lauderdale Downtown

The swimming pool is great, there is not an in door swimming pool, contrary to the information given before booking.

Very very confused entry to reception, that is on the fourth level by elevator, however you can not go to reception with outa key card that you can ONLY get from reception, crazy. There is a second hotel on this site that has an included breakfast that’s properly done with more facilities and a better view. I would look into staying there rather than the Elements hotel. Breakfast was confused and very limited. Can you have two hotels together ? I think that is a bad idea.

I really like the location of the hotel and the view from the rooms. The pool is also great the pool staff was very friendly and accommodating. The sparrow restaurant is very very nice.

Didn't like how management talked to some of the staff its almost like they are racist. Also, some of the front desk staff are not so friendly. This being my first time at the hotel so I had to keep calling and asking for help with things and some of the staff made it felt like I was a pest. One time the front desk lady didn't answer the phone at all. At one point they disabled my phone from dialing out. Very unprofessional. The $32 valet fee is a bit much.

The counter woman at Rose's. She was so sweet, I want to say she was Romanian 😬 and spoke Spanish 😃. And the woman at check in was also very nice. Room was clean and comfy..

The breakfast that was included was pretty much non existent.. I would not consider the options a breakfast.. the rest of staff (when you can find someone) were not helpful, they acted as if we should have known where everything was and how to work things, it was our first time there.. Once we figure it all out we didn't want to talk to anyone anymore. Most lights in room did not work. No vent in bathroom either.

The hospitality was really good from all of the staff that I encountered from valet, even though I didn't use the valet, to check in and check out and breakfast and going up to the rooftop bar.

Could have gotten a complimentary drink at the rose's. And the floor in my room seemed a bit dusty, but no major complaints.

I absolutely LOVED the friendliness of the staff. Everyone from the valet attendants, to the security guards in the hall - to the staff in the restaurant - to the gentlemen that came to service the toilet in my room - absolutely superb!

The only thing I didn't like, was the fact that the toilet ran constantly. It wasn't loud and I could drown it out with the tv but when I paid attention, it was a bit annoying. The gentlemen who came to take care of it came promptly but were unable to locate the parts to fix it. The seal around the bottom of the toilet was leaking. So every 2 hours or so, I had to dry it up. But I'm not a complainer and in this trying times, I just wanted to relax and not have anyone make a big stink about anything.

Breakfast was good and its location in the restaurant was good.

Parking. I was not told I could park across the street so I ended up paying the exorbitant price of valet parking. Website stated ocean view rooms but my room had no ocean view. No water insight.

The property was clean and elegant. The staff were friendly and adjusted my room stay without any hesitation.

I love everything about the property. Free parking would be great, but no complaints about that.

I wish the pool was open at night and didn't close so early on. As well as the street parking

We didn't eat breakfast, but the place was great.

We had called twice the frt desk for some water, was told, "what's your room number and that he will be right up" He never showed up....

The property is beautiful it’s super clean! I love the rooftop/club that this hotel has. just the bartender could’ve been more friendlier but otherwise I love it here I’ve stayed here a couple times already I would recommend it for anyone and the pool is super nice
