Sweet Dream Inn

Management of this motel is excellent in all ways and attentive to a request or need; very friendly and helpful and this reassured me of being in a good place whilst needing the time to visit Pensacola. I have been most appreciative of this motel; having made me feel safe and 'at home'. I would also like to mention my appreciation for a very clean and well kept room by the friendly housekeeping staff. I will certainly return to this motel should I be able to visit again.

I had a very good stay at this motel, & returned in less than a few days from a different location, before returning after a brief visit to Pensacola. I was very pleased with this motel, and in particular its good management. I felt valued as a guest, secure, welcome, safe and 'at home'; I will definitely visit this motel again if I am able to return to Pensacola.

Hotel was a little better than I had expected based on reviews and pictures I had seen online. Manager was super friendly and did everything he could to help us out. Our credit card declined because our bank thought it was fraud and we had no idea. Before his system kicked us out of the hotel for the night he called to see if we could figure something out. We also wound up having to leave early and instead of just being left paying for a hotel we wouldn't be staying in he was able to refund for the nights we weren't able to stay.

The area seemed pretty sketchy and there was a party that was going on all night the first night we were there. So we just made sure to take all of our valuables up to the room and lock the car. Parking fills up quick so you might wind up parking in the McDonald's parking lot next door.

It was quiet very friendly the system mixed out days up somehow but we showed the confirmation and they fixed it for us wasnt rude about it either beds was comfortable

I love the staff and everyday they wake us up with smiles .. they are truly a blessing and amazing..

Friendly staff willing to work with us on our reservation unfortunately had to cancel our stay but just wanted to thank y’all for working with us!! And your hospitality!

Being put on hold immediately without warning was kinda strange

looks sketchy but your all safe and McDonald’s and everything is close and the cars in the morning/night aren’t bad at all

the rooms look great just that my room didn’t lock but other than that it was a good looking room

I liked the way it doesn’t look cheap and dirty!

The beds were comfortable and the AC worked just fine. The room was clean. Check-in was easy.

A little run down. The pool water was cloudy and the area around the pool was dirty. People leaving their trash all over.

We loved it. Close to beach. Traffic was not bad at all. Nice pool and deck. Management is fantastic. Beds were nice good water pressure in the shower.
