Gulfcoast Inn Naples

While not an ultra luxury or beachfront property it is in a great location close to the beach and is a great value with lots of nice amenities and conveniences, as well as a great staff- Richard the night clerk in particular!

The pool water was a bit cold - heated a little would have been better, and maybe a hot tub. Also an ice machine on the first floor.

The pool, the tiki bar, Lisa- very attentive, excellent bartender, clean room, plenty of parking, good location.

Had a fishing trip scheduled the day of check out. Boat returned at 11:30am. Asked for a late check out, just to shower after. Evening shift referred me to morning shift, morning shift said they didn’t have “authority” to approve it. A very simple request met with unnecessary opposition. It’s the little things that matter sometimes.

There were was a cool Tiki Bar & restaurants on-site, very nice atmosphere. The Front desk person was very polite, upbeat & welcoming. Would definitely stay here again!

The bed was very very firm & the toilet made a horrific squeal when flushed but the atmosphere outside of the room made up for those inconveniences.

The staff was very friendly and the property was great. Breakfast was served every morning, the pool was heated and very clean. The Tiki bar on the property was also very enjoyable. The hibachi restaurant on the property was very delicious and worth the price. The property is located near multiple public beaches and supermarkets.

The only thing I didn’t like was late at night there was other guests that didn’t respect the guests that slept to enjoy the next day. We and other guests we met were woken up at 3:30 in the morning a few times by very loud younger guests.

Everything! Great location and wonderful grounds and pool area. Harold's Place is always a plus when staying here! A little hidden gem in the heart of Naples, virtually unchanged for 40+ years!

The room was a little dated but still very comfortable. We like our room cool and the a/c ran constantly and a little loud.

Great pool and Harold's bar was amazing, with a great vibe. Rooms were clean and tidy. Easy walk to Restaurants. Great location with publix etc just along the road.

Bathroom was extremely small, luckily the mirrors in the bedroom area were well placed allowing two people to get ready to go out.

The room was very clean, the pool bar service was also nice, the breakfast was decent.

I went to this Hostal a week ago with my family. We had a good time there but at the beginning, we had some trouble with the staff. I have a 6-month-old baby and I request a crib before arrived. The hostel charged me 10 dollars for it. When I check in the front desk boy told me in a very bad mood that they didn’t have the crib because all of them were taken. The next day in the morning we came back to the front desk and another person solved that problem quickly and he apologized to us because they had the crib that I requested.

Awesome staff Awesome location Awesome pool my only negative would be the pool is not secure to hotel guests only we watched many many outsiders not staying and paying for a room using the pool. Seating became limited. It's slightly unfair to paying guests

The hotel is fantastic, the pool is great.

The “owners” are snobs that treat guests like second class citizens. I was multiple times told by one of them I was in “their” seat. These aren’t hotel owners, they are long term Residents that feel entitled.

The location was great and we loved having drinks in the pool.

We were told we had to wear a colored band in the pool so they would know who was allowed in the pool. We saw about 4 people with the bands and a lot of outside people seemed to come and go.
