The location was great, the 2 bedroom suite was really nice. Would stay at again.

I was tricked into doing a time share meeting. As soon as I got there, before they would even give me a key to our room and exhausted from driving 8 hours with a toddler, they sent us to another desk to talk to a con man. He told me since I booked a room through booking.com I was entitled to all this free stuff, I said that sounds amazing! He says, good sign this paper and I'll get it taken care of! I sign and he says, I'll see ya tomorrow at 9am... I say, what for?? He says, well you just agreed to our timeshare meeting for all this free stuff and if you don't show up we charge you $30! So I let them keep the free stuff and the $30.... Also it's not mentioned that they take an additional $130 that you never see again as a "damage" fee. They said you'll get it back at chech out, you dont

Came from UK with family have stayed a few times before and own at Orange Lake Resort Kissimmee. Have never stayed in a Signature Collection villa before and was beyond impressed absolutely stunning 👍🏻

Couldn’t fault accommodation just wish we had been able to complete our 2 night stay but our 2 year old granddaughter became quite ill so we returned to our home base at Orange Lake. It would have been nice if the second night had been refunded from our booking as reservation was over $1000

pool area was great ! the kids and adults loved it ! plus the movies and activities for the kids were really good too! we even got to witness the satilite taking off! Seeing the cruise ships when they docked and left was awesome!

the food was a little expensive . it was good but not worth the money . not many places close by to get food .

I loved the apartment feel to this villa, it was extremely comfortable. It made me feel like it was home away from home. The ease of acess to the beach was amazing and everything was clean which made us feel more at home. I loved that they provided a golf cart shuttle over to the main building every 30 mins or so.

We were on the second floor and elevators were a bit old. Also, the shuttle wasn't always on time.

The pool area was phenomenal. Especially if you have kids or even if you are kid free- like we were. The lazy river, zero depth, large pool and slide were absolutely incredible. Also the best view for Rocket Launches if you don't want to drive to the KSC. Highly recommend this location. We have been coming to the area, several times a year, and this is by far, our favorite resort now.

We loved how family friendly the resort was. We spent most of our days in the pool or lazy river. All of the kids in our party had fun going down the water slide, playing mini golf or playing in the arcade room.

The bed was harder than we’re used to. We picked this resort to have access to the beach, but we only went once. The beach was full of seaweed.

The room was very clean. The amenities were too notch. I liked that there was a working kitchen with plates and utensils ready to use.

I wish there had been a reclining chair in the room. I cannot lay flat on a bed. A reclining chair would have allowed for a more comfortable night's sleep.

Location and the resort itself.

The only thing I didn't like was after check in they take you to a separate desk "to get your keys". That desk is where they will talk about signing up for a timeshare tour. I know it's thier job but I most likely will not stay there again because of that. Our room had no outside windows.

The rooms are more spacious and expected, I love the open layout of the hotel and not feeling crowded by people. We love the options of pools, the close proximity to the beach, Putt-Putt was a fun surprise. Overall way more then expected. We booked this for one night before a cruise but would honestly go back for a longer stay

my rug was not vacuumed before I arrived. there was food crumbs in the bedroom on the rug. the dryer only worked once in a while. had to call front desk about everyday regarding this issue. it would work better once then I would have to call again
