Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Colorado Springs AFA Northgate, an IHG Hotel

We truly enjoyed the breakfasts served each morning. There was something good to eat for everyone. The food was delicious and kept to the perfect temperature and the breakfast area was clean and inviting. It was wonderful to be able to eat and look at the surrounding beautiful mountains. Thanks for a great start to each morning!

We didn't have any disappointments at all. We were pleased with our room which was graciously upgraded to a suite, without even asking for an upgrade. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Loved the King room with kids suite (corner of the room with bunk beds and a little privacy for kids). Beds were super comfortable and the AC unit worked like a dream. We slept great. Breakfast was really good. I liked the outdoor patio area that we were able to eat breakfast at.

The pool was advertised as heated and it most definitely was not. The water was frigid. I did not like that they charged us $30 to check in an hour and a half early when our room was already empty and ready. For the end result price , we could have stayed at the Drury (which we LOVE) and had dinner and drinks included to boot. Value wise, this place doesn’t do it for me. Comfort wise though it was great.

The rooms were nice and cleaned daily. Breakfast choice was good.

We had to ask the front desk three different times within two different days thst we needed refill of shampoo, conditioner and body wash as the one in iur room was out. We also tried to tell the cleaning crew but due to language barrier they didn't understand us.

The breakfast was super nutritious the staff was super friendly such as Caren, Dzitorah and Mary who went the extra mile to fulfill the needs of my Family and myself. If I ever book a hotel stay in the future it will definitely be with you guys at this location

Nothing. every obstacle and every issue that I faced it was resolved immediately by the staff like a flash. So I have no reason to say that there was something I didn't like

The staff believes they work at a great place. The way the front desk told me things that made me want to check out things at the hotel and made me excited to see the mountains out my window. The lighting in the room was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable.

Spacious and clean. It made me want to stay in the hotel chain in other cities as well.

Nice, clean facility. The complimentary breakfast had lots of choices and was quite good.

There was ONE kleenex in the box in our bathroom and no replacement box. The USB ports next to the bed had been damaged previously and not fixed. Had to charge phones across the room from the nightstand.

everything about this hotel was perfect, the service, the staff, the views, the cleanliness. 10/10 recommended. I’ll sure be back to this hotel when we visit Colorado.

i liked everything there wasn’t a single thing we didn’t like because we loved it.

The hotel was fantastic. Location was great. Beds were nice. I'm sure breakfast is great too if not for covid. There is a trail outside with little workout stations. The view is pretty decent.

The breakfast was not great due to the covid protocols, this is the only hotel in all of my years of using Booking to need the room paid before prior to my arrival despite the "pay at check in" option, and the only hotel that has ever charged me more for incidentals when using Booking.

We liked everything, the hotel exceeded its expectations

They did everything to make us comfortable, the room we got the TV wasn't working, and they were full booked up, but then they realize they had a cancellation and move this with no problem to another nice room. They even worked for us to have a very nice breakfast even during covid-19 so happy with a hotel that really worked for its customers. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved the extra “room” for kids. We didn’t even know something like that existed.

We didn’t know the kids rooms were themed so the pink “trolls” theme wasn’t a hit with our son. A curtain would have been awesome so the tv light didn’t shine bright into the kids’ room.
