The location is perfect if you look for an accommodation near the airport. It's well connected with the airport and only 15 minutes away The staff was very good The place was good value for the money. Simple but with everything that is necessary to spend one or 2 nights.

Just that the room's windows were very close to the outside pass and to the bed inside and it could be easy for anyway to just break in. But the place looked overall safe and quite and we didn't have anything (nor even noises) disturbing us

The very well lit, super safe, parking lot. Clean, thoughtfully managed lodging and accommodations. Comfortable bed. Big TV. Great selection of local food options nearby and services like coin laundry and car rentals.

Nothing bad about the property or its staff. (That one guest with the car horn sound attached to their remote door lock button, that still doesnt know how to lock the car by hand or the use the lock button inside their door when they go to exit the vehicle.)

Seems like they tack on phony fees to $12 to be exact to I quote, “Be able to talk to the front desk person,” and “park in the lot.”. Booking.com makes a great deal and then the hotel forces to pay more when you check in.

The location was the biggest perk, close to our rental car company and 10 minutes away from the airport. This means however it is directly at a busy street, I did not mind but people with a light sleep might be having difficulties with the noise. The room was very clean but also a little rundown.

Lots of additional fees that were not clearly disclosed when booking. Area felt semi safe and be aware there is no 24 hour receptionist.

Staff in this hotel are particularly gracious and helpful.

It should be easy to staff this place overnight in the Front Office. A hotel with rooms completely open to the non-staying public needs a front office they can depend on all night. Also, I didn't stay the first night I arrived in SFO because I was afraid that due to my late flight no one would be in the front office to receive me. This is another reason to staff the front office 24-7.

Nice LARGE SCREEN T.V.! Fridge, coffee, and microwave in room. Can fill up the tub and it doesn’t drain out while trying to relax in bath. 😁🐶 Loved my bath! Easy extended bookings. Easy, conscientious, service animal registration. A++++++++

T.V. No guide for channels so have to flip through until you arrive at one you want to watch—never know what representative channel is unless announced. Could come down just bit on rates though mentioned amenities are nice.

One of the least expensive hotels in the area, but better than most of the others. Room was standard but had better lighting than many other inexpensive places I have stayed, Good shower, very friendly management, and clean good room.

it was in south city, retro motel. a lil ghetto, but i enjoyed the stay. it was comfortable for the most part. and the amenities are cool. the staff was also super nice and understanding.

ummmmmmm not sure. probably the fact that our lamp and furniture was already busted, but it’s okay. they were still usable and you pretty much get what you pay for.

Room met my expectations. Slept well and was comfortable. It was quite.

Homeless person in the parking lot when I left early in the morning, The coffee pot sucked. Leaked badly
